Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter, and Supernatural. I've had several story ideas bouncing around my head for several years now, and I've finally made the move to get them out there to see what you all think. I'm hardly a "real" writer, but then that's what this site is for, right? For us to play in the bigger kids' sandboxes? (Obligatory disclaimer: To my continual surprise, I own none of the sandboxes in which I'm playing.) I would also love to read other people's work. I'm always looking for quality writing. I like dramatic stories and funny ones, am not at all opposed to slash when handled tastefully, and I'm very interested in AU's and interesting crossovers. I'm interested in a number of fandoms, ranging from the slightly nerdy to the embarrassingly so. But writing can draw me in even if I'm not well acquainted with the canon. I welcome your critique on anything I've written, especially if you've caught grammatical or factual errors. Also, as anyone else who's ever written anything is well aware, it gives you fuzzy warm feelings to hear back from your readers. Even if you literally say nothing but "Good story." I mean it. Most of what I have will be short pieces, often more reflective than active. I try to post my stories complete or with the end well in sight. There's nothing more frustrating than getting caught up in an exciting plotline only to realize the last update was four years ago. (That said, though, if you have any interest in Marauder-era Harry Potter stories, google shoebox project. Some stories are worth the lack of completion.) And now, a few words from our sponsor: Crimson. Eleven. Delight. Petrichor. | |||||||
