Author has written 1 story for Batman Begins/Dark Knight.

I have always watched or read something and it inspires me to think about stories. For a long time, whenever I would dream, I would wake up and continue to daydream about my dream until it was a complete story. It was a form of entertainment for me. Sometimes I shared with others but always felt like no one would appreciate them.

"Holiday Darkness" came to me after reading "The Long Halloween" one of the many graphic novels about Batman. I was so intrigued by the themes and dialog of the characters, the story started to make shape. I went to see the Dark Knight and was amazed how some of the characters were portrayed as it mirrored my own thoughts on the characters. My story was pretty much complete by this point but I wanted to add some of the themes to my story.

The nerve to actually write it down came later. I had bounced some ideas off my little brother and he gave me the confidence I needed to write it. It was nearing toward the end of the summer when I decided to write it all down. I feared that once the school year started, I am a senior in college, that it would get tossed to the side. So I gave myself a deadline of 2 weeks and was able to complete it. However, I left the rest of the semester to clean it up and proof. Since I was on winter break, I published it.

I am interested to see what you all think. I am a first time writer with lots of stories on her mind.
