Where to start, where to start.

My name is Jake, I thoroughly enjoy reading and writing. I live in Australia, Canberra which interestingly enough is the 'Capitol' of Australia, get it? Capitol? Most of the year it is either hot and miserable or cold and miserable and yet I call it home still.

As far as music goes I'm fond of...Marina and the Diamonds, Emilie Autumn, Lady Gaga, Lily Allen, Katy Perry, Woodkid, Cher, The Bangles, Madness, ABBA, Coldplay, Queen, The Strokes & Siouxsie and the Banshees.

As for films and television... Marie Antoinette, Persuasion, Mary Queen of Scots (1971), just about every Jane Eyre adaptation, Sense and Sensibility, Anna Karenina, the Walking Dead, Prisoner & Wentworth.

And novels... Persuasions, Sense and Sensibility, Jane Eyre, Agnes Grey, Madame Bovary, The Collaborator, Mrs Robinson's Disgrace, The Communist Manifesto, the Book Thief, Hunger Games Trilogy & The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society.

I speak a good deal of French, I can play the Harpsichord, Organ and Piano a little also, I sew, I embroider, I even knit. I have an adoration for French things, especially the French Revolution and the hundred or so years before that and the Victorian Era.

My favourite pairings are as follows

Daryl/Glenn, Haymitch Abernathy/Effie Trinkett, Jane/Rochester, Juliet/Dawsey, Mrs Robinson/Dr. Lane, Bilbo Baggins/Thorin Oakenshield, Loki/Thor, Loki/Thrym, Loki/Steve.

I've so many ideas but I can never seem to put them into writing, I write a lot, I just scrap it and start again and again until I think 'Nahhh, I can do this later' and later never comes, therefore most of what I write is usually a oneshot and on occasion chronological drabbles.
