AU of DoS (after/during the barrel scene). After Kili is shot, the affects of the Morghul shaft take hold of him much quicker than excepted and the Company must make haste, and sacrifices, in order to save his life.

Kili promised his brother he would always be with him. But Kili dies, leaving Fili alone and king of Erebor. However, Fili finds that his brother found a most unexpected way to keep his promise. The birth of his brother's child would change Fili's life forever and for the better.

Kili has a dream about a certain elf who just saved his life. A Hobbit romance fic about Kili the dwarf and Tauriel the elf. It takes place right where their story ended off in the movie by Peter Jackson. I hope you enjoy! I might update it in the future. Also, there's smut in chapter 4 and 5.
