It all started when I saved that camper...

Flash back

I am in an intense tournament that annually happens every year. Right now I'm in the finals against Clarisse, I could tell she's nervous by having the whole camp watching us, our spar is also being broadcasted on Olympus TV. Most people from Olympus are here. Including the Olympians. But to be honest I was a bit nervous too, she just hasn't fought in crowds like I have before. Clarisse lunges a me first slashing a bit sloppily while I sidestep, duck and slash her sword out of her hands, while its skidding across the arena I focus on my opponent. My sword is just about useless in this situation because there's no maiming or killing. I notice she's stumbling a bit so I drop my sword and see if I can trip her. That's when it happened, my biggest rival in camp a new child of the big three the daughter Zeus, blessed by Apollo stood up at the back row of the arena stoop up, her name was Emma. She knew I was on the verge of defeating Clarisse. She pulled out her bow and whilst I was basically slide tackling Clarisse, she fired, pain exploded through my left shoulder and the arrow went through my shoulder, I knew better than to take it out. I hated listening to all the screams, Clarisse ran up to me and tried to help. I was loosing blood fast. That's when her friend Maddie, daughter of Hephaestus went after Jason. I charged up to the 4th row and took riptide out. (Riptide reappeared in his pocket) I Didn't have a reason for taking my sword out though, I stopped her and threw her towards the floor of the battle ground, then a thump rang throughout the arena as her body hit the ground, she was out cold. No one saw it was me but they saw me just standing there moments before, Jason was in a less crowded part of the area. I then passed out from the blood loss, the last thing I heard was "SOMEONE GET MEDICS!"

17 hours later

I woke up to my father and Apollo looming over me. They still haven't noticed I was awake but I heard Apollo say "His life will never wee the same, but it's not by the injury" my dad asked why and Apollo simply answered "rumors" that got me thinking, they then noticed I was awake.

After he gets out of the infirmary

Everyone ignored Percy, Olympians, campers,Romans even Annabeth. Jason wasn't.

Percy asked Chiron what was up, he just answered "Percy, I thought the first summer you were here you knew to help, I was wrong." Leo slapped him. He tried to talk to Annabe th, but found her on the beach having inner courses or happy hour with Luke. Seeing her like that was too much. She then saw him there. Speechless. Stunned. But most importantly her Ex-boyfriend..

At dinner percy was having a speech, but no one was listening. They found his half brother Mason a hero for "saving Jason from Percy". Jason knew the truth, no one else did though. Every time Percy went in his cabin he found Mason in bed. With a girl. About a week later he saw Annabeth doing the same thing. A SECOND TIME. That made him snap. He got the recording of the brawl and zoomed in that showed he helped Jason but now he just needed to do the 2nd part...

Present Time

Percy was ready. Ready to leave... Forever.

He walked down to the dining pavilion camera in hand.

Chiron said, "Everyone Percy has something he would like to show us. Two things he says actually.

Everyone groaned while Percy was walking up, he just flipped them off. Mason yelled "Is that the the amount of people that care about you!?" everyone laughed at that. Percy played the recording and everyone gasped. Mason was embarrassed, Percy then said, "no, its the amount of people that care about you now." everyone tried to stifle their laugh. Chiron said "What's the second thing Percy?" he said it in a disgusted tone. Percy the played the song When I See You Again. And Annabeth asked " what's this for?" Percy just answered "This" he uncapped riptide in a flash and drove it through his heart even faster.

People screamed, people cried. But people now knew
