When Tauriel points an arrow at his father on the battleground of Dale, Legolas' loyalty toward both of them is put to the test. What will he do? Who will he keep faith with and what impact will his decision have? ... This is basically me playing around with the events that occurred in the final Hobbit movie and how it could have been a little different.

After the Battle of Five Armies, Legolas went north in search of the young ranger known as 'Strider'. He finds so much more than just a name among the Dunedain though, including friendship, trust and peace at last. This story is my explanation of why Hobbit!Legolas and LOTR!Legolas are so different. The Prince of the Woodland Realm watches his father get cut down in front of him, and finds himself King and commander in Middle Earth's biggest battle field. And when you're the King, you have to be that much stronger, don't you?

A disastrous patrol leaves Legolas lying in the mud amongst corpses of friend and foe alike. Thranduil has no idea of his son's peril, who is only clinging to life. And even if he survives, sometimes not all wounds are physical. Can all scars be healed?

/post DoS/ After his fight with the orcs in Lake-Town, Legolas follows Bolg back into the woods. Knowing his only child is facing the growing orc threat alone, Thranduil is forced to choose between his imposed isolation and the safety of his people or the safety of his son.

Alone in Ithilien for the winter feast known as Drafn Tolthol, Legolas has fallen into a melancholy mood. But when Caldor sends word to the prince's father, Legolas receives a most unexpected visitor to keep him company through the holiday, bearing a small gift that sets the prince's homesick heart at ease. Written for the Dec 2013 Teitho contest (it did not place).

Feeling lonely and a little isolated while Frodo recovers, an unhappy Samwise finds his way to one of Rivendell's orchards. But he does not count on meeting a strange elven guard there, a character who is not quite what first impressions would have him think. Despite appearances, they might have more in common than he can guess...

King Thranduil and Legolas engage in a fierce argument that leaves both hurt and angry. After an unexpected ambush by orcs results in one of them barely clinging to life, will they realize what is really worth fighting for? Or will it already be too late?

Elfling Legolas does something so scary, so horrifyingly gut-wrenching, not even the guards of Greenwood want to deal with it...

Distraught after their mother sets sail Elrohir and Elladan seek revenge hunting orcs refusing to return home. Their hunt for vengeance leads them far into Mirkwood, where with one of them injured they take refuge in Thranduil's halls, and meet a lonely elfling, Legolas.

Book-verse. Legolas may be an elf, but he is also young, and the young hate bedtime. Thranduíl decides to make most of the situation. Rated S for silliness, kid!Legolas and lovely father-son bonding time.

Oneshot. A young Legolas ponders just why his father does not bear a Ring of Power. Thranduil and Legede however, teach the prince that the line of Oropher holds a power, and a hope for the Elves of Mirkwood, all it's own. Written for the January 2013 Teitho Contest. NOT SLASH! NEVER SLASH!
