Hey!!

My name is Amanda and i have been reading fanfiction for a few years now but i have never really thought about writing any myself.

This is probably because of my lack of confidence in my writing abilities. I have never really had time either to sit down and actually put pen to paper (sort of speak), but recently i have had ideas for some stories that seem to beg to be written. I have recently taken an interest in Femslash, (but only in Harry Potter) which i will probably be writting first. - If you don't like then you don't have to read, it's your choice.

I'm a true believer that love is love and it shouldn't matter about little things such as sex, ethnic background, age, class etc...if you have a connection with someone then you should just go with it, regardless of what anyone else would think. But that's just me and I respect that everyone is different and have their own opinions, unfortunatly I haven't had that connection with anyone yet but I'm young and it will happen when it happens. I feel that if you go lookng for love you will never find it, but once you stop looking, it will creep up on you when you least expect it.

You probably think i'm a hopeless romantic but actually i'm quite career minded and independant but everyone has different sides to themselves I guess.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ME: Not that it really matters what I look like but incase you were wondering, im 5ft 4ins, Brown hair and Brown eyes.

I'm in my final year at University studying Film Production so I am much more used to writing scripts than stories. I am currently working on a film for my final year so after Christmas I will have less time to write fanfiction.

I seem to work better under pressure and so I set myself deadlines which helps me to be more consistant (this means that when I have a story in mind I will update freaquently until it is complete).

Smallville - Chloe/Clark, Lois/Clark

CSI: Miami - Eric/Calleigh

OTHER INTERESTS:

I like watching Supernatural and Ghost Whisperer but I don't look for fanfiction for those.

I love films! love watching them and making them.

I have more interests like snowboarding and horse riding but I don't wanna bore you too much with everything that I like

MY FAV FILMS:

Fight Club, American History X, City of God, Amelie, Resident Evil, Moulin Rouge, Spirited Away, Terminator 2:Judgment Day, Over the Hedge, Holy Grail...and many more but it would take forever to list them all as I love films of different styles and Genre.

A book that I think is a must read if anyone is interested is James Herberts 'No-body True' which is my favourite book at the moment.

Hey guys I just thought that I would leave a note just saying that I am planning on writing more fics in the near future but at the moment I am finding it difficult to write anything and concentrate on a story due 2 family problems, writing my 10,000 word dissertation and making my final film before leaving Uni...been very busy and can't wait to have a break and let my imagination run away with me again : )
