July 9, 2019: It's been literally six years since I've posted fic here. If you've stuck around from the good old days, I am flattered and grateful. HI, IT'S GOOD TO SEE YOU. I've just posted the first chapter of a Jessica-centric Suits/Pearson fic!

"Be Who We Are" and "One Whole Star" are officially on permanent hiatus. I love both of those fics a lot, but if I ever do get back into them I expect it'll only be for "One Whole Star", and I'll either start from scratch using a similar concept or do a pretty major time-skip - I don't think it's possible for me to pick up where I left off in 2007. I've had some very sweet (and some fairly rude) offers to "adopt" my fic, but at this time I'm not interested in giving "One Whole Star" away.

A bit about me, then. I've been active in online fandom since 1999, when a friend incepted me into watching and reading for Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I have now officially been in fandom for almost two-thirds of my life. Yes, youths, that makes me an Old. I got into Harry Potter before it was a world-wide craze... and I read Chamber of Secrets first. I got into High School Musical when I was nearly 20. It wasn't my fault, but there's nothing we can do about it now.

Back in the day, FFN had a limited number of stories a person could add to her Favorites list, which is why I started a C2, "Suitcase Full of Dreams". There may be a little overlap between my Favorites and my C2, but I don't think there's much; my Favorites are where I bookmark things now.

I am extremely polyfannish, as my pinboard of nearly 3,000 links will attest. At the moment I don't have anything I consider a "main" fandom, but I'll let you know when I do. Fandoms in which I am conversant include:
