CRIMES OF GRINDELWALD SPOILERS WITHIN. It was supposed to be a quick, one-stop shopping trip before lunch, but it leaves Newt in mortal danger and Tina and Theseus scrambling to find him.

After a year of long-distance communication, Newt visits his friends in NYC and ends up harboring a creature being hunted by MACUSA. Fearful of his case being confiscated, he keeps the ulfrit's capture secret, but then a terrible incident leaves him at the mercy of his hosts and exposes the broken trust.

Rip settles back onto the Waverider trying to find his place once more while dealing with new abilities, the huge blank space in his memory, people he doesn't know on his ship and an overprotective AI who is determined he will not be lost like that ever again. Sequel to Home

This story is how Newt gets injured, his creatures and friends care for him, and some of his past is revealed. Is it really believable that Newt battles Grindelwald, hit by magical electrical railways, struck about 20 times by magical lightning, runs around before that trying to catch his creatures, and walks off unscathed after his encounter with Grindelwald? I didn't think so. :)

AU :: Harry missed something again. This time it could cost Eggsy his life.

When Eggsy asked him what was going through his head in those last terrible moments after he got shot, he was hoping for more than Harry's empty answer of 'nothing'. Eggsy feels despondent and sad about how he feels about Harry until Harry admits that he wasn't entirely truthful about Eggsy's question. As it turns out, Eggsy isn't the only Kingsman with emotions.

A superbly thrown right hook wasn't exactly what Harry Hart was expecting upon seeing Eggsy for the first time. Getting the evil eye from Roxy didn't help matters when Merlin was standing in the corner chuckling at his long-time friend.

V-Day had come and gone in a blur, leaving the world in pieces. Merlin, Eggsy and Roxy just sat in the seats of the plane flying back to HQ, everyone lost in their own thoughts.
