![]() Author has written 10 stories for Smallville, Caitlin's Way, Big Wolf on Campus, Lizzie McGuire, Once and Again, Days of Our Lives, Veronica Mars, Tin Man, and Fringe. Jeez, I haven't updated my profile on here in about 6 years. I think the last story I posted was when I was 25, and now I'm 31, yeesh. I love to write. I used to write a lot, but I've had major writer's block for the last several years. I don't think I've written/update a fanfic in over five years. Basically, I used to have an awesome muse, but then it abandoned me. And I mean that metaphorically, as nothing tangible has ever been my muse, at least not consciously. Anyway, what else can I tell you? Ah, yes, I should probably mention I'm a self-admitted addict to television. That's right, I am a slave to the idiot-box. What do I watch, you ask? The easier question is what don't I watch... Man, the last time I update this list of shows I watch I wrote "let me give you some of my favorites that are still alive and well on TV and I always make sure to watch every week", and I think only like 4 are still on air. [If you are wondering what those shows were, they were CSI: New York, Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Supernatural, Smallville (but only for Chloe and Oliver), NCIS, Prison Break, Eureka, Burn Notice, Battlestar Galactica, the Office, ER, Scrubs, Bones, House, CSI, Pysch, ABC's Daytime Soaps (yes, I watch All My Children for its soapy goodness)]. Shows I could add to that now would be Arrow, the Flash, Pitch, Stranger Things, the Walking Dead, Blindspot, and Daredevil. I'm sure there is more, but I'm sure you don't care. And finally, I want to throw in shows of Christmas Past that still hold a dear place in my heart: Veronica Mars, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dead Like Me, Wonderfalls, Angel, Firefly, Boomtown, Dark Angel, Gilmore Girls, Roswell, Tru Calling, Salute Your Shorts, the Secret World of Alex Mack, the Tribe, Everwood, Dawson's Creek, Felicity, and I could probably go on, but I'm going to stop here. I've noticed others do this, so I'm going to follow suit and throw out some of my favorite ships. As you'll notice, most of the time I go for the unconvential and/or un-popular pairings. Some are so unconvential they involve two people who aren't even in the same fandom. Anyway, here they are: Oliver/Felicity, Chloe/Dean, Ten/Rose, Chloe/Oliver, Jane/Weller, Veronica/Logan, Tony/Abby, Danny/Lindsay, Bright/Hannah, Ziva/McGee, Neela/Ray, Tommy/Jude, Owen/Gwen, Mac/Wallace, Sadie/Kwest, Mason/George, Jaye/Eric, Kaylee/Simon, Mal/Inara, Zoe/Wash, Rory/Jess, Angel/Cordiela, Gunn/Fred, Lindsay/Flack, Helo/Athena, Kara/Lee, Veronica/Weevil, Jayne/Kaylee, Max/Alec, Joel/Teresa, Tru/Jack, Peter/Astrid, Chloe/Flash, Chloe/Lex, Chloe/Whitney, and there are probably more, but I can't think of them right now. Anyway, on a final note, I just want y'all to know that tend to write mainly to get some ideas I have out of my system. I also tend to write in new characters in shows, that way I have at least one character I have down pact, and I admit, the characters are a little Mary-sueish, but hey, at least I'm owning up to it, right? I also have a couple other Pen Names on this site (snarkypixie and fearlesspixie) if you want to give any of my other stories a go. Right now, because of my terrible writer's block, most of my stories are on a long term hiatus, but I'm trying to at least finish a new chapter of my Smallville story. Oh, and if you have ideas for stories that you don't want to write yourself, I'd be more than happy to try and write a fic for you. As long as I watch the show, that is...and chances are I probably do. Feel free to message me any time. |
