I love to write, although I don't always write well, LOL. I love sharing my work with other people, and I love reading other people's works, too. I do everything I can to avoid sharing my work with my parents though, because they're far too critical about it!!! I'm SOO greatful to the webmaster for doubling the number of stories that we can have in our favorites! Now I don't have to be so stingy anymore, LOL.

I LOVE, absolutely LOOOVE Harry Potter. I also love Tamora Pierce (one of my favorite authors!), Star Wars, Dinotopia, and Tamora Pierce, Star Wars, and Dinotopia ;) Oh, and I suppose I should throw in Harry Potter a few more times in there, too, but it might drag this on far too long, LOL.

I like sitting around with friends, or even by myself, pondering the very deep points of Harry Potter, LOL. For instance, is Dumbledore a seer? He seems to know everything -- including that Lockhart was a phony. You'll notice at the end of Chamber of Secrets, he commented to the mind-wiped Lockhart that he had been "impaled upon his own sword." Remember, the wand Lockhart used had backfired, using his own memory charm against himself? When only moments before he had told Harry and Ron that he used his excellent memory charms on the people he stole his stories from. It could be taken both ways. There are also a TON of other things you can ponder! If you're interested in pondering with me, please IM or E-mail me!

For fanfictions, I mainly read Harry Potter. I LOOOVE H/Hr's, L/J's, and R/Hr's. I don't like slash at ALL. I'm also not a fan of Draco OR Ginny, but I'll read Harry/Ginny's and Draco/Hermione's if I think they're good.

I currently beta-read stories for one of my best friends, Melima8788. I LOVE beta-reading, so if you're looking for a beta-reader, please consider me! :)

For music, I LOVE Michelle Branch, Smash Mouth, Darude, and almost anything with a good beat to it ;) I also like Celine Dion, Nickelback, The Calling, *NSync (their old songs), POD, Creed, and the Star Wars soundtrack. Yes, my tastes range FAR and wide and back again, LOL. It all depends on my mood and how my day has gone, or what I think is going to happen. I have certain songs to remind me of certain people, honestly. :)

I belive pets have special magical healing powers, whether they're guppie fish, dogs, or rattlesnakes ;) I have 27 goats in real life, and they're all beautiful. I have two that I've been able to name after Harry Potter things, LOL. Butterbeer, and her daughter Fizzing Whizbee. I show most of my goats, and currently win regularly. I say 'currently', because every year is different. You never know if the judge will like your animals or not, or if your goat is gonna have it together and look nice.

I am a firm believer in ghosts. I believe that some are good and others bad. I think that ghosts were sent back from where we go when we die, to fix or retrieve something here on earth. Ghosts creep me out sometimes, but they NEVER actually scare me. I know that they will not hurt me if I don't do anything to provoke them, and I believe that they cannot do anything along the lines of killing anyone -- it's against their nature, and the laws of the Spirit World. I saw a documentary type thing on the Learning Channel a little while ago, where it showed a guy that had almost been hung by a ghost without actually doing anything. All I can say is that I didn't believe it. Maybe someone he was working with really REALLY hated him...LOL. However, I do believe that ghosts, just like people and animals (and especially since they used to be people and animals!) should be shown proper respect.

Beating the Best
Fifteen year-old Chloe, an American witch, is chosen as a transfer student to Hogwarts. Before actually transferring, she goes to live with her cousins for a while, who are none other than our favorite red-headed family; the Weasleys! Spending Christmas with them, she recieves a gift of a snake, and gets a big surprise when Harry talks to it! When she goes back to school, a large strike is made against Harry, and the rest of the wizarding world. Chloe will be faced with a very hard descision: to stand up and take the blame, and possibly be sent away; or to stay quiet, and perhaps watch the entire magical world fall to pieces!
5 chapters are up. This story is on hiatus, because I've run out of ideas for chapter 6!!!

The Stag and the Water Lily
Lily Evans was a normal 10 year old girl, but she had one problem. All her life she had been tormented by boys named James. Finally she is accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and she is almost positive her troubles are over...
James Potter was a normal 11 year old boy. Mischievous, daring, and always getting into trouble with his three friends. However, he's also a Gryffindor Heir, meaning that he has a large fortune coming to him -- as well as a swarm of girls! When he comes across one of the few girls that doesn't swoon over his attention, he sees her as an easy target for practical jokes...
These two together spark a large prank-pulling war. Both James and Lily are sworn to hate each other to the end of their days!
Currently at 8 chapters, and is a work in progress!

My first (and only published!) short story, this follows the mind of someone close to the Potters during their betrayal. A pretty short fanfiction, very dark, very dramatic, very unlike me! It can put things in a different prospective, especially if you're a Peter-hater!
One chapter, currently finished, though I'm thinking of turning it into an archive of my short stories!
