![]() Author has written 2 stories for Ghost Recon series. Just an anonymous person chilling out on fanfic.net reading some good shit.(the words i typed overall dont portray the way i actually act toward things and also of how my outlook on things are so please dont be a judge mental pain in the ass please(my words dont show how i really am alright so yeah we clear...? okay we clear please have a good time doing what ever it is that you do.) so yeah im'a think that is all now so yep.) I'm big into music and video games, but I'm not going to waste space writing giant lists of every solitary thing that I like. I'll just say that I'm pretty diverse in my tastes. I love Metal music and all of its genres the most, but I'm as apt to listen to Hip-Hop or Bluegrass. I also love lots of different video games any kind doesn't matter what it is from fps to jrpg i'll like it... probably. -OBITUARY FOR THE LATE MR. COMMON SENSE Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as: Knowing when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the worm; Life isn't always fair; and Maybe it was my fault. Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge). His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6 year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition. Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It declined even further when schools were required to get Parental consent to administer Calpol, sun lotion or a band-aid to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion. Common Sense lost the will to live as the Ten Commandments became contraband; churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims. Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault. Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement. Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust; his wife, Discretion; his daughter, Responsibility; and his son, Reason. He is survived by his 3 stepbrothers; I Know My Rights, Someone Else Is To Blame, and I'm A Victim. Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing. RIP We shall remember you. If you agree with this statement, copy/paste this on your profile: All authors are the gods of their own works, are they not? We control the threads of fate and the rolls of dice. We decide who will live and who will die. We bind the innocent and malicious alike to our will, fully knowing the dark deeds to come, and for what? An entertaining tale? A moment of fame? Truly storytellers are the greatest and most terrible of powers. Most just don't know it. "QUOTES": It's a commonly held misconception that blind people can't drive... No, that's not true. Blind people can drive, just mostly into things. Said by Jeremy Clarkson [in response to the controversy around video games and real world violence]... and then the media starts asking the usual uninformed questions about whether there is any correlation between video game violence and actual violence. Short answer; "No". Long answer; "No and go fuck yourselves, you ignorant, scaremongering cockbags." Said by Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw There are two things that are infinite: the universe and human stupidity. And I'm not so sure about the universe. Said by (allegedly) Albert Einstein I don't know what weapons will be used to fight in World War III, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones. Said by Albert Einstein To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism. To steal ideas from many is research. Said by Unknown (I found the quote on the profile of Shadow Amongst Shadows, but I don't know if s/he said it or not) Along comes Jesus with this wonderful, moralistic philosophy, about why we should be tolerant and understanding of our fellow human beings, and then we spend the next two thousand years killing one another, because we can't quite agree on how he said it. Interview with Monty Python team It is an undeniable, and may I say, a fundamental quality of mankind that when faced with extinction, every alternative is preferable. Said by Dr. Leonard Church Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Said by Benjamin Franklin I believe there is intelligent life out there. After all, it has to be somewhere, right? Said by Unknown Don't make a girl a promise, if you know you can't keep it. Said by Cortana I'll need some guys... Not these guys, cause, well, they're kinda dead. Said by the Joker I gave Caboose the rifle for about five seconds. What a busy day at the hospital that turned out to be! Said by Emily Grey You haven't truly lived until you've seen the world through the eyes of madness. Said by Vezon Good gets forgotten, evil never does. Said by Hakann As the friend said to the inventor of the feces-powered helicopter; This shit won't fly! Said by Ben "Yahtzee" Crowshaw I've got a boner for murder! Said by Sarge We all have voices speaking in our heads. How else would we think? Said by hunter139 No more stones. No more spears. No more slings. No more swords. No more weapons. No more systems! No MORE! No more superpowers. So much faith in their tools and their machines. YOU CAN FIRE YOUR ARROWS FROM THE TOWER OF BABEL, BUT YOU CAN NEVER STRIKE GOD! Said by Apocalypse ALL of the quotes above i got off of hunter139's author page dudes an amazing guy so why not go and check out his stories eh?
