Author has written 4 stories for Harry Potter. I figured it was about time I made myself one of these profile things, so here goes. My name is Christine, I'm going into my 2nd year at Carleton University, studying criminology. I work at Sears, which isn't so bad. It's certainly much better than working at Tim Hortons like I used too. I'm canadian. My mum moved here from england when she was 10 and my dad is french canadian. Ummm... lets see... I love rock music. My fav bands of the moment include Billy Talent, Metric, Rise Against, Kaiser Cheifs, Alexisonfire, Flyleaf, Plain white t's and Queen, among others. Theres just something about rock that can capture any mood. After years of persuasion, my best friend has succeeded in getting me to like some hiphop, but mostly because I love going clubbbing and going out and dancing and, much as I hate to admit it, that is one area where rock falls short. I'm slightly obsessed with Harry Potter. As the days untill the last book go by that obsession grows ever so slightly, so I spend most of my time on here or on mugglenet. I'm also on facebook alot, because it's the ultimate procrastination tool, not that I need the help. OK, some of the more obscure things. I hate boring looking cars. If you don't have a really sweet fancy car, it should be a good colour. Too many cars are silver or beige these days and it's boring. I hate it when girls say they're not feminists. There is a misconception that being a feminist means you think women should reign supreme. Thats not what it is AT ALL. Plese stop undermining all the great leaps women have made in the past century by saying feminist like it's a dirty word. I used to do Taekwondo when I was younger. I did it for about 11 years and I got my 2nd degree blackbelt. I also competed at the provincial level, but after having no life for a while, I gave it up. I also used to draw and paint, but since I started university I haven't had much time. Oh and I love to sing. I sing along to songs on the radio and drive my family insane. I actually have a nice voice, but hearing it all the time lessens their appreciation for it slightly, lol. Wow, that was easier than I thought. I usually terrible at these profile things. |
