Hello, and welcome to my profile! My name is Emelie, I'm 22 years old, and I live in Sweden. I've been writing fanfics since 2008 and besides writing, I also like to draw (mostly REfanart), play videogames and cosplay. Apparently, my last profile update was in 2012. It's been a while since I've uploaded anything, since I've been busy studying. I do have a oneshot I'm tryng to finish, and I'm really going to try to finish a new chapter of Realization And A New Beginning. I'll do my very best!

"Why Mlie-Redfield?" you may ask. Well, I chose that name because I was joining a site (I think it was devinatART) and the name "Mlie" was too short. Redfield was the first I came up with to add to it.

I have a few OCs in my stories - one of them being Julie. She's in "Wesker's First Love" and "The Fall", and was my first OC. Treat her nicely! Other than her, I've got Roger McBane, Meya Andrews, Jonathan Serrano and Alan Rivers. The first three are originally from a book I'm half-working on, and I figured it'd be a good idea to test them out in another story so I get to know them a little better. They're all - even Rivers - in "Realization And A New Beginning", which is the only longer fanfic I'm working on for the moment. I needed some extra characters to fill the plot with, so to say, and instead of making up completely new characters, I borrowed my own. I'll do my best to develop them nicely in the story.

Here comes a small summary of my fanfics:
Wesker's First Love: I guess the title says it all, hehe. It's a story about Wesker long before the events of RE1, showing why he became as evil as he is now. My first thought was to write a story showing why Wesker started using his glasses, and why he wants to be called by his lastname, and this is the result of that. And yes, there's an OC in there. This was the first fanfic I ever wrote, which means it was also my very first OC.

Side Project: The one that never got a real title... I wrote it at the same time as a chapter of Wesker's First Love, like a side project. And that's why I gave it that title. I always thought about it as a side project. Anyways, it's a ClairexWilliam oneshot based on chapter 5 from Wesker's First Love. It's almost the same, just with different characters.

Sorrow: A oneshot about Claire after the events in RECVX, how she feels after Steve dies. It's sad =/

A Wounded Heart: Second chapter of Sorrow, even though I never planned to continue that story. It takes place about a year after Sorrow, and a few things have changed, but I'm not saying what. Read, and you'll find out, hehe. It was inspired by a roleplay with yamiishot =)

The Fall: A sequel to Wesker's First Love. Ma-121 gave me the idea for the title, since I couldn't come up with a good one. I guess you could say that it kinda follows the event in REoriginal, kinda ignoring what happened in REZero (at least the first chapter does) but it's all from Wesker's view. With a few nice changes in the story. And yes, I found a non-existing hidden room in the mansion. Or... it exist in this fanfic at least.

Realization And A New Beginning: A Claire/Carlos fanfic. yes, I know it's an odd pairing, but it's still fun to write about. I really don't know what to say about it, since it's still in progress. There are OCs in this one too - I wrote a little about them a bit up on my profile =)

A Destiny That's Written In Stone: A kind of sad Claire/Steve oneshot. Takes place during CVX...

Strangers on a train: A ClairexCarlos AU-oneshot with some "hidden" extra characters in it. Claire meets a stranger on the train to Raccoon City. Will their conversations lead to friendship, or possibly something more? I actually began writing it on a train. Got a little inspiration from the people I saw. And I made a little "experiment", whether or not it's more awkward if the one you sit next to on a train tries to start a conversation than if you're both quiet the whole time. Yes, I was a bit bored, haha!

Afraid of losing you: A ClairexCarlos AU-oneshot. Something horrible happaned on the last mission and Claire does not belive Carlos's explanation.
