Quick Tips for Writing GOOD Fanfiction:

1. For the love of God, make sure you actually understand your subject matter. Research. Study.

2. Also for the love of God, make sure that your word processor has a spell check and that it is turned ON. If your processor doesn't HAVE a spell check, then keep a dictionary handy, plus a thesaurus!

3. Don't put anything in your summaries like, "Review please/plz!" or "Summary sucks, I know" or anything else that breaks the fourth wall, including character interpretations and pairings. Although I understand that some like to put that information in their summaries, it's a personal choice of mine not to. It also doesn't mean that I won't try to read stories that list info in the actual fic. If you must put them in the summary, leave it at the beginning or ending. As for the actual content of the summary, try to make it an extension of the story. If it's a dramatic one, try to rip the reader's heart out in one sentence.
