NEWS:

I want to write an 'original' (I'm 99% sure there are very few original ideas left, it's just a matter of putting YOUR originality into it) novel; however, I know that won't happen unless I get some experience under my belt. This leads into why I am working on my 'first' (first one to be posted) fan fiction piece. Also, I feel I owe it to myself and to show others that you can write fan fiction that isn't written 'diarrhea' by following the simple rules of grammar, punctuation, and spelling. I'm mean I'm not all knowing when it comes to the stuff but it doesn't take any extra sweat to write, 'you vs. u, for vs. 4, I'm vs. im' etc. Very annoying.

I have never taken an interest in writing until recently. I love to read. I'm judgmental about what I read, and if the first chapter is littered with mistakes and does not transition and flow smoothly, I probably won't finish the first chapter, and I most definitely will not make it to the second.

Seeing as I will soon be on the receiving end of the reviews, be honest. I'm a n00b; however, again, I still don't think it will be that hard (the technical end of it!). What will be hard is critiquing it into something that a vast majority of people will enjoy to read.
