Hello there, you wandering stranger!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. As it seems to be the custom here on Fanfiction -- and because I like to get know the authors of my favourite stories a little bit better as well -- I will try to tell you something more about myself.

HI. (Let's shake hands!)

My name is Jaye. (Pleased to meet you!) I was born 23 years ago, in a city of which the name seems to slip my mind at the moment, which is located in a country, notorious for oh so many things, called (subtle drumroll) Belgium. Thus, my mother tongue is not English, nor French, but Dutch.

Belgium? I'm sure it doesn't even ring a bell, it's that boring. We're known for chocolate, waffles and as of late, terrorists. Anyway, besides my nationality, what else would you possibly want to know about me? (Merlin, you must think I'm pretty interesting if you're still reading.)

I'm a student of Communication Science in Ghent, Belgium. Even though I really love what I'm studying, it gets really hard sometimes (exams are coming up - oh no!) and I get really frustrated... But it's worth all the effort I'm putting into it.

I'm also a fanfiction writer, have been for a few years. I started writing around the age of 16 about a band I shall not mention (because I'll blush if I do - no it's not One Direction). Nowadays I mostly write Harry Potter fanfiction, my favourite pairing is Hermione and Sirius.

Furthermore, I like reading fan fiction as much as writing it, I like reading in general, I love watching chick flicks and Nettflix, I have a few big secrets that I have never told anyone, I have two tuxedo cats, I wish I had one (or three!) Siberian Huskies, death scares me in a way I can't possibly describe, life is even scarier than death, I love snow, skiing and snowboarding and of course, my wonderful boyfriend.

Oh, an also, I sometimes wish I could fly, but somehow, I'm always out of pixie dust (and I can't afford to buy a broom).
