After 6 years, my profile really needed updating.

So I live in the US. I used to live in Germany, but I'm American.

My dream job would be to write books that people love to read. This is the reason I'm back on this site. See, I like to write, I write all the time, but I'm afraid to let other people to read my writing. Easy reason: What if they hate it? What if this story that I spent so much time on with characters I've created and love and no one likes it? Devastating. But New Year's revolution is to put out a fanfic regardless if people like it from start to finish. And of course I would pick not just the Hobbit, but LOTR as well. It's a two part book. I've got a couple chapters up, please enjoy. I'll be spending the next few months writing in my spare time.

More about me, I'm a college student getting my degree in Sociology with a minor in accounting. Because even though I'm 28 years old, I still want to please my father. Which is why I haven't told him I've changed my major from accounting to sociology and added accounting as just a minor. Ugh, daddy issues. I also have two part time jobs, so you know, I can pay bills and do stuff, like live.

Anyway, other important information is that I have a fur baby, named Jackson, a big teddy bear of a golden retriever. He's getting up there in age, poor baby.

I'm a big HP fan. I love going to Orlando to Universal studios to visit HP world. I like going to the other ones too of course, but let's face it the best part is Harry Potter.

I'm also a big traveler. I've been to 29 countries. See, you can't say something like that without coming off like you're bragging. That is why I don't like telling new people, then they look at me differently. Like why have you been to so many places? How could you afford it? What do you really do? I don't really know what goes through other people's minds.
