About my story Mina Harker; Chemist, Vampire, Woman

I don't usually write fanfiction, but I have recently posted the beginnings of a story based on the movie The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen from the one female point of view; the vampire Mina Harker. I'm essentially doing an in-character exploration of a proper English gentlewoman afflicted with such a condition, as well as the facet of her personality that is riveted to operating in the confines of ladylike behavior while also being the character of whom sexual intentions are expressed. I'm also interested in how she is the subject of amorous intentions while also remaining ladylike and keeping her gentlewoman's decorum, especially the fact that in modern times and medias the woman, especially being the only woman in the film, is usually flaunting her femininity.

Hey! I'm RB. As I said, I don't usually write for the site, but I do enjoy reading some of what other writers post. I'm a grammar queen and character purist and hate when people go out of character, so if you see anything in my writing that's badly written or out of character, please send me a note and I'll do my best to fix it. I write more original fiction, which I'll hopefully put online soon, and post a link quickly thereafter.

Otherwise, I'm pretty much your average teen. I'm 16 and waiting for something interesting to happen, or the opportunity to make something happen. And yes, being Asian, I do love rice. On FF I mostly read Bones/House fanfic as I'm addicted to those shows, but occasionally read others for books, movies, TV, you name it.
