Hello, my name is Mystic, well known also as MysteryGirl, Mystie, Nightka and Mystic0nightka. But that´s not probably what is supposed to be in here. I´m originaly from Slovakia, small country in Europe, that most people keep mistaking with Slovenia. And of course there is Czech-Slovakia no more. I live in very small town (so small that it has only one crossroads with trafic lights) and visit a local Grammar school or Gymnázium as we call it. I will start my last, fourth, year in September and hopefully pass Maturita exam in May. And then I want to go to University in Bratislava which is our capital city.

I´m not normal girl of my age as you would think. At first I´ve got this huge obssesion with all kinds of sci-fi and fantasy. I read a lot of books and watch a lot of shows (mostly downloaded from the internet, because our TV channels don´t think any sci-fi is worth broadcasting, and if it´s worth then only in late night hours). And I listen to music of course, but that´s not as unusual. I don´t wear fashionable clothes. I don´t care what other people think about me, so I wear what I like - jeans and black T-shirt with picture of some band, musician or animal on it. Not usual for teen, beacuse I´m still teen altough I´m adult now.

I like to write stories. That´s obviously why I´m here, isn´t it? Most of them are written in Slovak language that´s why you can´t find them here, but if there´s somebody who wants to read, they are all posted on my homepage. This summer, I´ve decided to start writting in English. I´ve been learning since I was 7 or 8 years old and I think I´m quite good. But not as good as I should be, so writting in English is some kind of practise for me. I´ve done couple of translations from English to Slovak language, but I keep them to myself so far. There´s no chance I will post them somewhere without original author´s permision.

I´m not writting things for just one fandom. I don´t know why but I write one or two stories for each fandom and than I move somewhere else. And after some time I come back and write more things or I just rewrite the old stories. My first fanfiction was Harry Potter and it was inspired by a dream I once had had. I´ve been working on it for two months and it was growing and growing and I´ve got lost in it and I´ve never finished that one. But I´m thinking about looking at it for a bit to see what I can do with it now and hopefully I will come to an successful end with it after all those years.

Later, when I´ve started a website about Eragon and Inheritance trilogy (cycle now) I´ve done som fanfics for this fandom. Last one, which is unnamed until now, has lasted almost year to write and it still needs some playing around. I have also done som fics for Star Wars, Stargate Atlantis, Stargate SG-1, CSI, CSI NY, Kobra 11 (team 2 - this is German show so probably you don´t know it) and recently I´m working on Supernatural.

I like to visit fan conventions. I was at Festival Fantazie in Chotebor, Czech republic this year and it was the best experience in my life. People from various fandoms meet there every year. There are more than twenty programme lines going on every day and it lasts full ten days. It´s big and it´s awesome. So if you are for these kind of things and you are somewhere from Slovakia or Czech republic, come and join us. Or you can join us on Slavcon in Bratislava in April 2009. SciFi-Guide (group of people from all over Slovakia) will be there!

I´ve got one brother. He is younger than me and plays hockey. I don´t know why, but we´re not talking to each other much and I miss the relationship that we even hadn´t had. I think thats probably why I love Supernatural so much, especially the bond between the brothers. I hope that later things will get better between the two of us. I also have got a dog. It´s so small and very active and I love it so much that I can´t find the proper words to describe that feeling. I love my parents too and my grandparents of course (altough I have only one grandomother now).
