I am a 20 year old girl from Upstate, New York who is returning to college to hopefully become a webpage designer in the future. My online alias Meiriel is taken from the smashing book "Aurian" by Maggie Furey, and translates to "Of The Sea."

I write under a separate pen name in the wrestling section, but I have found that not only has wrestling itself become rather weak and dull to watch, but so haven't several of the stories. Several writers care nothing about developing their talent, and only post for the recognition of reviews. Wrestling has become a large portion of my life, and I would like to stray away from it a bit so that I may develop myself as a true author. My favorite music band of all time is Nightwish, but I am open to all sorts of music. Nightwish is another aspect of my life that is taking up a large portion, and something I would like to straw away from. I'm currently looking into Alanis Morrisette and Depeche Mode for further inspiration.
