I'm a reader and find fanfic to be an amazing art form. There are no apparent gatekeepers and quality can vary; however I'm awed how people are moved to write for no other reason that they have a story they must tell. Nonfanfic friends argue with me how this type of writing is robbing "real" writers of a payday; I don't agree. Most artists find it difficult to make a living soley from their art. Fanfic offers the reader a familiar backstory and character history with which other writers can play and practice.

Ron is my favorite character in the Harry Potter universe, especially when he is paired with Hermione, Harry, or both.

With Amidala69's stories, don't cheat yourself, read them all as they build on each other as the characters age.)
