Currently, I've worked on it for about 6 hours, taking in each fight shown in the anime whether they be wild encounters, team rocket or trainer battles. And basing the level of enemy pokemon on rough estimates taken from encounters in game, like the average wild Tentacool being level 23, or Surge's Raichu being level 28. This is what I have so far: Pikachu – Medium Fast - Level 36 – 47,889Xp - After owning Scyther of the Yas Gym with a ketchup bottle. Then owning All the trainers and pokemon of the Kas and Yas gyms with Thunder – Scyther, Electabuzz, Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, Machoke, Mankey, Raticate, Rhydon, Golem, Kingler – all roughly level 35. Pidgeotto – Medium Slow - Level 22 – 7168 XP – After beating Meowth and Team Rocket and saving Hypno. Bulbasaur – Medium Slow – Level 33 – 32,872 XP – After Beating 33 Exeggutor all roughly level 26. Charmeleon – Medium Slow – Level 55 – 168,673 Xp- Gains Boosted Xp – After Beating 34 wild Exeguttor. Then the full hundred of them after being captured. Squirtle – Medium Slow – level 33 – 30,343Xp – After beating 33 Exeggutor all roughly level 26. Krabby – Medium Fast – Level 20 – 8000 Xp – After Capture Muk – Medium Fast – Level 38 – 54,872 Xp – After Capture Tauros – Slow – Level 28 – 27,440 – After Capture Butterfree – Medium Fast - Level 19 – 7482 Xp – After beating 7 Tentacool at level 23 – Released. Primeape – Medium Fast – Level 29 – 25,437– After winning P1 Championship – In Training The only problem is, that this only takes into account levels gained through battles and not through actual training. So, I'd have to pretty much make guesses to estimate their levels with training added on. But if I had to take a shot: Pikachu - Level 42 - Pikachu see's perhaps the most action out of any of them, so I think Ash would focus on Pikachu's training quite a bit. Pidgeotto - Level 32 - He obtained Pidgeotto a while before he got the three starters and it see's a ton of action besides battles. This pokemon is also Ash's go to besides Pikachu. Bulbasaur - Level 37 - Charmeleon - Level 56 - All three starters would obtain much of the same focus, which would put them a few levels higher. Squirtle - Level 37 - Krabby - Level ? - Training at Oak's Ranch with Muk and Tauros. Muk - Level ? - Training at Oak's Ranch with Krabby and Tauros. Tauros - Level ? - Training at Oak's Ranch with Krabby and Muk. Butterfree - Level 23 - Before his release, Butterfree was the next go to before Pidgeotto. Primeape - Level 29 - Ash didn't get the chance to train Primeape at all. Future Stories Evolving Skills - A story that branches out during Ash's battle with Richie during the Indigo Plateau Conference. Instead of going with Charizard, Ash goes for a desperate gamble and puts his hopes upon his skill as a trainer and his ever loyal Pidgeotto instead of raw power. After managing to overcome Zippo, Pidgeotto who was already exhausted due to the machinations of Team Rocket is outright dead on his/her feet. Things are looking bad, especially up against Sparky. But Pidgeotto pulls through, showing his/her loyalty to Ash once again and evolves just to bring Ash victory. It's a whole new ball game now, just how far can Ash go? Working The Academy with Skill - Alternate Universe - Set in a world where new rules have been set upon new trainers. Academies have been created all over the world for the express purpose of training Pokemon trainers in their chosen profession. A three year course beginning when they are 12 years of age. Pokemon Academy is the highest rated, and only inter-regional academy, only the best of the best can gain entrance. Enter Ash Ketchum age 12, seeking to rise from the shadow of his famous father, Giovanni. With his partner by his side, a rare colored and unruly Charmeleon he seeks to carve his name into history. Mine - One Shot/Companion piece to 'Champion Of The Orre Region' - A one shot based around a few feelings Ash uncovers upon seeing Serena wearing his clothes during the episode he falls ill with that fever. Team Manwhore - One Shot/Companion piece to Champion Of The Orre Region - Despite Ash's urging against it, Serena was curious. So, she indulged in her status as a trainer, a legal adult. Serena turns out to be a bit of an odd drunk and Ash himself finds himself at the end of a few accusations that he never saw coming. Primal - Harry Potter/Buffy The Vampire Slayer/Angel Crossover - Set in a universe where both are one. When the risks of Voldemort's revival are even greater with demons and gods added in to the mix. Set in a world where Albus Dumbledore is a bit more proactive. In the summer between 3rd and 4th year, Dumbledore does all he can to prepare Harry for combat, and to survive against his nemesis. Taking things even further, when Dumbledore seeks to empower Harry through a combination of the Animagus transformation, and then taking in the primal spirit of his animal form. With the form and strength of the primal Jaguar, combined with his training under Dumbledore - Harry manages to triumph over the newly resurrected, yet weakened Voldemort at the end of the Triwizard in a battle broadcast through the 3rd task. Now a hero twice over, Harry needs to get a way from it all, and in the process learn to control the instincts of the hunter within. Travelling the world, his world is turn upside down when he meets a peculiar Vampire in Los Angeles on a quest for redemption. He'd soon learn though, that his sworn nemesis wasn't quite done with him yet. (Also, a challenge.) Cyber Maelstrom - Naruto/Beyblade Crossover - Set in a world where Naruto is born in the Beyblade universe. Born into the same tribe as the Saint Shields, Naruto is a contender for Flash Leopard alongside Ozuma - but is ultimately pulled from the running by the village chief, Ozuma's father playing favoritism. Instead, Naruto is given a mission to seek out the Psychics, whom in this world have managed to gather enough data from Dragoon, and other variants of Dragoon such as Strata Dragoon much earlier, and so Cyber Dragoon is born much sooner than in canon. Naruto's mission? Destroy Cyber Dragoon. Nearing the completion of the mission, and infiltrating the Psychics, Naruto is chosen to wield Cyber Dragoon as the strongest blader under their command. His mission is almost complete, he just needs to destroy the cyber bit beast. Pitying the bit beast, born into this without its consent, he can't do it and escapes after destroying the Psychics research data with Cyber Dragoon. Now alone and friendless, made an enemy of his tribe, with only Cyber Dragoon by his side - Naruto falls back on an old dream, to prove his might as the Ultimate Beyblader. Un-Named - Naruto/Digimon Crossover - Set in the Adventure-verse. After losing in the fight against Lilymon, DarkTyrannomon instead of being killed by Myotismon is forced to watch over the children captives and use his appearance to keep them in line, though not without being thoroughly punished first. One child isn't afraid of him though, instead he is in awe of the massive black T-rex. Enter Naruto Uzumaki, who is thoroughly confused just why Tyrannomon is submissive to the vampire reject. Even if he has more power, Tyrannomon surely has the weight and strength advantage, if he fought smart he could surely defeat Myotismon himself. Featuring a Naruto that isn't all that special, that doesn't have some grand destiny and definitely doesn't have some great powerful crest to advance Tyrannomon beyond the champion level. Just a normal kid and his dinosaur. If you don't even have the ability to accomplish this decently, then you shouldn't be posting stories at all until you do. I don't care if English isn't your first language or you've just started writing. We've got enough shit on this site, so don't go throwing your own stuff into the pile until you can atleast accomplish this much. 2 - When you ask for another Writer's opinion on your stories. Don't get mad if they tell you that your stories have problems or give you their own opinions on how you can make the stories better. I can't count how many people have gotten mad at me after giving them my honest opinion when they asked for it in the first place. Come on people, I make no attempts to hide the fact that I'm an asshole. 3 - Plot. Big outlandish plots do not mean a better story for all. In fact, if a story base line is overly complicated and outlandish, then you should probably not waste your time on it. Basic is always better - that's my motto. Start off with a basic plot, maybe a small change in circumstances or something. For instance, having Ash Ketchum leave the Viridian Pokemon Center before Team Rocket or Misty ever shows up. Start off with a basic plot and a basic outline of what you want to occur, and then build on that plot as you go on. Starting off with Naruto the son of Madara and grandson of Hashirama or some such bullshit and a massive demon invasion in-coming just ain't gonna fly. So as I said, stick to the basics and you'll never go wrong. 4 - Finishing Dialogue properly. I'll use an example here again. Quite a few people very rarely if ever finish their dialogue properly and leaves us hanging with - "Hello, my name is John" - That may not be a big deal for some of you. But for me? It's a story killer when the mistake is constantly made. So here we go, I'll give you another two examples of how to do it properly - "Hello, my name is John," - This method should be used if you plan to continue dialogue in the same paragraph. But if you are not, then you should just stick with - "Hello, my name is John." - Yah get meh? 5 - Characters coming clean. I see this alot, and it bugs me. From Time Travel stories to Dimension Hopping ones. Naruto/Harry/Ash/Gohan etc they always break down - rather easily mind you - and fill everybody in on their pasts. People, their life stories don't need to be revealed to keep a story going. Especially if they are time-travelling guys wanting to hook up with their past loves or something. Pedophile springs to mind, or of course the likes of Naruto. He's a shinobi guys, keeping his past a secret should be Genin level stuff. He shouldn't come clean unless something like lives are at stake and even then reluctantly. You think he wants to fill everybody in on how he was basically abused as a child - mentally atleast and was driven to near death on multiple occasions just to prove himself not a 'demon'. Same goes for Harry, he wouldn't come clean about his abuse at the Dursley's like at all. 6 - Chakra. This was revealed months ago, yet people still do it. It comes from the Shinju people, that means that alternate dimensions - say the Digimon Tamers universe will not have chakra. That means Naruto can't train others to use chakra, because they don't have it. 7 - Naruto Demon hunting mobs. This is one of the most retarded plot points still in play today. No matter what, a bunch of civilians wouldn't dare have the gall to hunt Naruto down and beat him to death. Maybe a drunken villager or two would jump him possibly as he's walking past. But other than that, no. Naruto is a far as Konoha higher-ups know, the last of the Uzumaki the son of the Yondaime and the Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi. As far a worth goes, guys like Danzo would put thousands of civilians to death instead of risk losing Naruto. 8 - Civilian Council. Konoha and the like are military villages. There is no such thing as a Civilian Council in canon, because the Hokage's word is law. There are advisors of course. In Konoha, Danzo rarely acts as one, the Jonin Commander acts as one, the Anbu commander acts as one and the Sandaime's old teammates act as two. And there are other instances for the other villages appearing in canon. Civilians words don't mean crap - any village with common sense would kill off upstart civilians like that if it meant having a Jinchuuriki with as much potential as Naruto had. 9 - Token OC. An OC can be used for many things. He/She can reveal something basic, but important to the main character. They can have something in their possession that puts a character on their way. And many more instances, but they should not ever have all the answers. They should never be above the likes of a Kage in Naruto or Dumbledore in Harry Potter. In fact, I'm of the opinion an OC should never be a main character in the long run of any story. Especially if they're based on people in real life 10 - Pokemon. GerbilFtw was an okay writer that had a few problems with grammar and spelling. He introduced a few good plots into the Pokemon circulation. But he ruined alot of the fandom of this anime aswell. His first ever story Return Of The Forgotten has got so many story ideas based on it, it isn't even funny. And the sad thing is, I've seen hundreds of them yet not seen a good one. They all have the same general plot aswell. Ash gets betrayed by his friends and sometimes even a few of his Pokemon. His mother usually dies somehow and he disappears for years on end only to return at some super large tournament never seen before as a super badass. His stories were good for a guilty pleasure, but honestly we could have done without them in the long run because he's disappeared from writing fanfiction in the last few years and we're left with the many many pieces of shit his story spurred on. My advice for if you have an idea similar to this? Drop it and burn the remains. 11 - Canon. Now this is a big topic that so many just disregard. Do not ever and I mean ever, begin writing about an anime or book or whatever without being completely up to date in canon knowledge and put thorough research into the main parts needed for your plot. It's true that fanfiction is a way for us to move away from canon - but never forget that canon is the original and while you may edit some facts to suit your story you should never completely change them. Because, in the long run you may just be getting rid of alot of the best parts of canon. Don't for a minute ever think your story is better than canon, because it's not. Canon was what spurred all this fanfiction into existence in the first place. Do justice to canon, don't bag on it like an ungrateful little twit. You can be disappointed with it, but don't bag on it. Because, seriously very few of you even have half the skill needed to follow through on stories like the canon counterparts. 12 - Pokemon - Gym Leaders using weaker teams of Pokemon for new trainers. I think it is absolutely retarded. All a trainer needs to do is win 8 of those battles and then they are qualified to enter the end of year league, the winner of which gets to go on and challenge the Elite Four and Champion Master of the region for their spot. Considering it's been said multiple times in the anime, that they are the main protectors of regions and those spots come with a lot of authority and power, it's asinine that they would make it easier on trainers to reach that plateau. If they couldn't beat a Gym Leader, tough fucking titties! Come back after you train some more. This method overall would weaken the structure of the leagues strength. Making it easier for them lowers the standards - in game standards while Lance would have level 60s, the new champions would end up with like level 40's. I just cannot wrap my mind around the utter retardation of this piece of the Pokemon fandom. Lower the credentials needed for a high level government job why don't you? 13 - Brawler Naruto. Fanon has labelled Naruto as an un-skilled, un-trained brute in Taijutsu. Mostly because his Taijutsu isn't as 'elegant' as Sasuke's and because we didn't have a name for Naruto's Taijutsu pre-sage training. Naruto is far from a brawler. You can't call a guy who can match Kakashi, Lee, Neji and Sasuke in close combat a brawler. Hell, you couldn't even call pre-shippuden Naruto a brawler. I for one have never seen a brawler as flexible and agile as him. Anyway, as I said 'Brawler Naruto' is a fanon concept, and an annoyingly wrong one at that. 14 - Stat sheets posted as stories. If you want to post a stat sheet, post it somewhere else. This is a fanfiction website, for fanfiction and these stats sheets have no place here. If you make one, feel free to let people know about it in an Author's Note, and feel free to give them directions to get to it. But Stat sheets themselves don't belong on this site, and are just basically made into cesspits for the rage of fans on this site. 15 - Comparing Naruto and Goku. I won't say I don't get annoyed when people nerf the power of characters to make them fit in crossovers or just because of their own biased opinions, like for instance that guy who posted a story where Rias Gremory could probably take on the Captain Commander of Bleach. But comparing Naruto and Goku is getting annoying now, and it's like comparing Strawberries with Grapes and demanding of others which is better. They are entirely different - for instance, if Naruto ran on the DBZ rules then even as a child he would probably be stronger than Frieza, but they don't so he wasn't. Kishimoto left alot of things open about the Naruto-verse, so we don't know if he could have outsped lightning long before he met his final power-up. We don't know if Goku could get through the Truth Seeking Balls, we don't know a lot of things. But, nowadays Naruto has joined the ranks of those insanely powerful anime characters, so lets everyone meet halfway here and just say with the right chance either could kill the other. And let's be perfectly serious here, it's unlikely that if Naruto and Goku ever met they'd be enemies. 16 - Post-Cell Games Gohan-Angst - Jesus christ do I hate this! It's not even the fact that Gohan has angst that bothers me. It's that I've yet to see one person do it well. He's always whining, going into massively long internal monologues about he's pathetic, unworthy of his power yada yada. Really, just a shit ton of generic, cry-baby bitch wrist cutting whining. It's got to the point, that if I open a story and see Gohan angsting about Goku's death, that I don't even bother with the second chapter after seeing all this shitty angst. Not normal angst, but shitty angst. Seriously, Gohan in canon never had anywhere near close to that kind of pathetic, shameful reactions. It utterly disgusts me. 17 - Heaven's Feel Shirou Losing UBW - I cannot begin to explain how stupid it is that this is thought to be a thing. Just because Shirou decided he'd rather save Sakura instead of killing her to protect the world, does not in anyway shape or form mean he's suddenly normal. His perception, personality, thought process - all of that, are still completely alien to that of a normal human. It isn't just Shirou's ideals that are alien, do keep in mind that Kiritsugu went far further down that path than Shirou did, and he didn't have a Reality Marble. At the end of the day, casing aside his ideals at best would alter just how alien his perception is, possibly changing UBW slightly...not that I expect much, Avalon, his Origin and such have are already pretty much ingrained too deep. 18 - Retarded plot for retarded drama. Oh what's this? Naruto was attacked by a mob and is now blind? Big deal, everybody and their fucking grandmother can transplant eyes in the Naruto-verse. Gohan is crippled, blind, mute and missing his dick? Big deal, there's dragon balls - not exactly a waste of a wish in comparison with some of the shit wished for before. 19 - Naruto learning 'nothing' during the time-skip - I honestly find people who spout this rubbish rather annoying. When Naruto came back, he was on par with Kakashi, an S-rank shinobi. So many people seem to forget that prior to the training trip with Jiraiya, Kakashi could literally get in Naruto's blind spot faster than he could follow and end the fight any time he chooses. By time he returns, Naruto is on par with Kakashi in speed, Taijutsu, reflexes and more. This whole thing started because of butt hurt fans who just want Naruto to spam all different kinds of jutsu - never mind the fact that he came back with a Rasengan that could hollow out a mountain and completely overwhelmed Orochimaru in his 4-tailed form, berserk or not. The only thing Naruto truly lacked upon the return from his training trip, was a long range jutsu, other than that he was the strongest in his age group bar Sasuke. 20 - Naruto's Chakra Control - Despite what most people seem to believe, Naruto's chakra control is in fact, not as bad as they make it out to be. The two reasons Naruto has problems with chakra control, is first due to his chakra reserves already being massive and not being needed to be built up like others and secondly his chakra reserves were constantly gaining an influx of Kurama's chakra. By the end of the series, Naruto has better chakra control than even Tsunade. Most of Naruto's training went in to his chakra control - Tree Walking, Water Walking, Summoning, Rasengan, Elemental Manipulation, Sage Mode, Bijuu Mode, Chakra Transfer - each an every major breakthrough was based in some form of him training to control his chakra in different ways, two of those with different sources of chakra being combined with his own. 21 - Red Fanboys - Seriously, I can't go two seconds on a pokemon video on Youtube without seeing some comment about Red being so awesome and blah blah blah. And the amount of times I've seen people in stories wish Ash was more like Red, deeming him a failure and so on so forth. The only Red to ever make it to Pokemon Champion, is the one in Origins. The game doesn't count, because if it did, Ash would be considered a champion as well since Yellow was based on him. The manga Red, the actual real character for Red, is no champion. He never even got all eight badges in Kanto, and despite winning the Indigo League, he never took on the Elite Four, mainly because they were a bunch of psychotic assholes, but still. All in all, Red never even got close to 150 pokemon, tallying them all up, including each evolution, Pokmeon borrowed, traded and temporary, Has Red with a total of 40 owned Pokemon in the Pokedex. Ash meanwhile, would have owned a total of 84 Pokemon, 86 if you include Larvitar and Rotom. He at the very least managed to get the first 8 badges despite how dubious some of it was, and he's the champion of both the Orange League and Battle Frontier. I like Manga Red, but he isn't as accomplished as Ash - Origin's Red is, technically more accomplished as a champion, but nobody takes that guy seriously, he's just not a good character. The point is, this stone cold, epic, silent badass Red all these fanboys hype on about...doesn't exist. 22 - Greninja - Now, this is actually kind of funny, because I love Greninja. But I'll say this right now, in no way shape or form is Greninja Ash's strongest pokemon. People have a bad habit of looking at the amazing new animation and claiming that the overall characters from Kalos are way stronger than say, Sinnoh. I've even seen people claim the likes of Tierno and Sawyer would stomp Paul of all people. Regardless, Greninja doesn't even have close to the amount of training Ash's more experienced Pokemon do. Infernape would crush Grenina if they fought at base, and Blaze would overpower Ash-Greninja, because as we've seen..even with Ash tanking the attacks with him, Greninja's durability is still trash. He has no chance against Infernape as of the end of Kalos, never mind Sceptile or god forbid the Zard. True, I'm a fanboy of Ash's Charizard, and he gets so much hype, but well...he is the hype as far as Pokemon is concerned. Greninja can make an application for Ash's strongest when he does something noteworthy besides beating a rookie trainer's Mega Sceptile or taking Diantha and Gardevoir off guard. Cuz y'know the other three contenders? They've swept teams and downed legends. I can't even remember if Greninja has ever beaten more than one pokemon in a row...wait, did he beat Ramos' Weepinbell and Gogoat? I can't remember, regardless - still not very impressive as far as I'm concerned. 23 - Hadrian Potter - Well, Hadrian and all that other crap. Seriously people, by trying to give Harry any of your 'cooler' or 'noble' sounding names, you make him lamer. Do you even know what Harry itself means? Harry is the shortening of the name Harold, derived from the old English name Hereweald. You wanna know what the original meaning of Harry's name is? "Army", "Power, Leader, Ruler". As far as I'm concerned, Harry's a pretty damn awesome name. You know what mine means? "Descend" or "Flow Down". 24 - Harry Potter's height - Now this is something that bugs me, because everyone always goes out of their way to describe him as some scrawny runt that would barely be over five feet tall. It really makes me wonder if these people have even read the books or if they just watched the movies. Sirius explicitly states in 'The Order Of The Phoenix' that Harry was almost as tall as James. Since he didn't mention any particular year involving James, and with the trauma he sustained through the Dementer's, logic dictates that he was talking about James as an adult. Therefor Harry in his 5th year, was almost as tall as James was as an adult. Ergo people need to get their damn facts straight and read the damn books once in a while. Useless cunts. 25 - Fairy Tail Dragon Slayer's fascination with small dicks - Admittedly not a pet peeve, but I just need to put this in here because I can't understand his weird fixation on it. This guy fell off the band wagon for writing a while ago, he takes every opportunity to throw his opinion in peoples faces with writing and then basically underlines what he was saying to more or less brown beat readers into reading more of his opinion and getting them to agree with them. But something else I've noticed is his utter need to give Naruto a tiny dick in most of his stories, then go out of his way to justify why having a small dick is a good thing. Kinda makes me wonder if he suffers from the same problem and is just reinforcing it as a good thing through Naruto to make himself feel better. The small cocks he gives them are completely useless to be honest, at that point chicks would be better off with their fingers. No a giant dick is not needed to pleasure a women, but it'd be pretty damn hard with one the size of a girls pinky finger. 26 - Gamer Stories - Now I don't mind them in general, some even have a great premise. But jesus christ I've seen thousands of them and not one worth a shit. Like seriously, nobody who writes them has a freaking original bone in their body, always dumping everything into the Intelligence stat because that was how the original done it, even in places it makes no damn sense. Like in Naruto, they dump it all in Intelligence when even children not in the academy yet, as proven by Naruto can move faster than the naked eye can see, jump off mountains without getting a scratch and such. You're all just gonna get killed by fodder, granted most of you are fodder even in real life, but c'mon. Even then, Intelligence is fucking useless in Naruto because while it could possibly work for the spiritual half of chakra, you still need to balance it out physically as well. And since they don't ever put in a damn Agility stat, always sucking off the original Gamer, then the Strength stat would be basis for speed as well, based on muscle power. Honestly, if you're ever going to write a gamer story, be fucking original and get the ORIGINAL's cock out of your mouth. 27 - OC Baratheon Prince - Jesus these stories annoy me. And not just because they're generally fix-it characters. But because they're fucking useless. It doesn't matter how amazing they are, somehow the general canon plot always plays out and Joffrey always gets his way. Nothing they do seems to have an effect on the universe at all, they're like a shadow just there for people to gaps in awe at, but who's actions have no real impact. Just once I'd love to see one of these guys brutally murder Joffrey when nobody is watching, or tell Cersei to shut the fuck up. Or, not follow canon. Something interesting instead of the same old bland, boring shit. 28 - Battle Of The Bastards - I just in general don't like the hype Sansa gets for this. No she did not win the battle, that would imply it was her campaign and that she'd been there from the start. Jon didn't want to fight anymore, Sansa was the one that goaded him into it, manipulated him into it. Sansa with her actions leading up to and during this battle really soured my opinion of her even further. Jon convinced the people of the north to fight for him, he secured the loyalty of the wildlings and book wise even secured some of the mountain clans personally. Despite all that effort he put into it, for Sansa and Rickon and she still turned on him and used him as a Pawn. Jon was still heavily outnumbered, he could have easily died if he weren't as skilled as he was. Sansa used him as a distraction to bring in the Vale Knights. If she had told Jon in advance, thousands of people wouldn't have had to die. Of course she wasn't named Queen in the North or praised at all, she done nothing worth praising. 28 - Future Gohan Lowballing - Seriously, I'm kind of sick of seeing people claim he wasn't even as strong as SSJ Goku against Frieza on Namek. We already know Gohan's power level was between 800k and 2.5 million, and if you include filler his power against Garlic Junior should have been around 3 million, simply because Piccolo on Namek was around 1.6 million and trained for that year before Garlic showed up and Gohan was stronger than him then So many people claim 17 owned him with only half power, and that the future androids were weaker than present timeline ones. There was no proof behind that statement and Trunks never pushed the androids like Gohan did so he'd never know - Trunks was a terrible source of information. Honestly, it's far more likely the androids were even with their present counterparts and that Gohan after constantly getting the crap kicked out of him zenkai'd up to the point where he was stronger individually - I'll take the expanded movie over 1 freaking panel in a manga. Gohan obviously couldn't really train either since they have scanners that can sense power levels, the minute he began to train seriously they'd find him. |
