The story follows Dido Rae'eh, a former smuggler-turned-Republic ensign who finds herself travelling across the galaxy with a ragtag bunch of friends to find the means to defeat Lord Malak, and the only thing she remembers about him is a name she finds herself whispering in her dreams.
