Author has written 3 stories for Lord of the Rings, and Lake House.

Hey, I'm finally writing a profile. Hi there.

My name is Linda. If you were wondering where I got the name Arelite, you'd be right in thinking it isn't elvish. It's not even close. It's the name of a rare crystal/mineral found in a meteorite. The actual name is Arielite, but I took out the first i. Anyway, I love LotR obviously and especially elves. I am not that knowledgable about them, but I am learning as I go. I do research for my stories because I believe facts should be mostly correct, so hopefully the words I write paint an accurate picture.

I found FF.net by reading a brilliant story at an Orlando Bloom website. The story was called Building Ithilien and it is still on here somewhere. I didn't know about Sues back then, and proceeded to write a Sueish story, at least I'm sure others think it is. To balance that, I've created an opposite type character I love which is a she-orc. Hopefully that story gets off the ground at some point. I have plans for that orc.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this. I'm going to try reading more stories here when I'm not reading them elsewhere.
