This story is set right around the end of Season 7. It will include flashbacks to earlier seasons, but the "present tense" stuff is season 7. It deals with JJ & Emily's relationship, and what happened between them right around the bank robbery, wedding, and Emily's departure from the BAU. There will be angst.
