Hey! I'm Jane Davis.

So, I like writing. Maybe that was obvious. But I'm always looking for ways to improve, so if you have suggestions, just read my story and let me know.

Her Hoodedness - I'm kind of stuck, as you may have been able to tell from the update date. I'm trying to work on it, but life, alas, keeps getting in the way. Apparently, I have one. Oh, well. I'll try to get it updated, but next week is the three-year anniversary of my last updating it, so I think you can tell how well that's going. I have an idea about where it's going to go, but pretty much no more than that.

I'd really like to post more of my stories, but I don't have any finished ones. Yikes. Some writer I am. But I really believe in that adage we are fond of bandying about - "Write what you know." I guess I just haven't found what I know yet.

Or maybe I should just stop reading other people's stories. With all the time I spend reading on ff.net, I could have finished Her Hoodedness ages ago. I just can't help it! Fan fiction is addictive! But, here I am, preaching to the choir, so to speak. So stop reading this and start reading my story! It needs improvement, and if there's one thing I know, it's that writers like writing about how bad other writers' writing is. So get to your (constructive) criticism! You know you want to.
