Tadashi didn't die in the fire, but the incident caused a rift between the two Hamada brothers. Also, a masked man stole Hiro's microbots for a criminal act, but his plan is incomplete. Hiro and Tadashi are staying at a hotel for a school robotics convention. Hiro encounters some problems during his stay and it's up to Tadashi to make sure his little brother comes out ok.
