Honestly, because I came up with the name as a tween and I'm still stuck with it. But I'll pretend there's a legitimate reason anyway.

I'm not a widow, but I am one of those crazy cat people. Not necessarily a black cat fan, but XgraycatwidowX or XwhitecatwidowX didn't really sound right to me. Then why not XcatwidowX? May as well trim it down further to XcatX. You know what, X works too. In fact, I should have just gone with .

Sorry, I got carried away. How rude of me. My point is, there is no ring to those other names (ring is very important), and Black Widow of the MCU is pretty cool anyway, so it all works out for me.

I LOVE to read fiction that makes me laugh out loud, even though it makes me look like a lunatic when I'm in public. Which I am. A lunatic, I mean, at least for Queen Jo Rowling's beautiful creation. For Lord of the Rings. For anime. For anything dark and angsty which fuels my emo side, which I still have not grown out of (unfortunately). Am I the only weirdo out there who thinks that there's something rather beautiful about sadness?

I won't deny that I'm a bit of a freak, once I'm shielded from the public eye. And those who know that side of me... I salute you. Well done for surviving, but I wouldn't change myself for the world. As my great pal, Charles Bukowski, said...

Um. So now we have established that I am a masochist and enjoy pain. Not in the sexual sense, I just like crying sometimes. So I tend to seek out the angstiest of fics so that I can bundle up in the corner of the house at night and cry my eyes out. Yes. That is me.

On another note... let's see, society is split into many different categories, whether it be the people who pee in the shower and the people who pretend not to, or people who enjoy pineapple on pizza and the people who don't... you know what I mean. So here are several of my own classifications:

WHEN IN ROME - THE LOST CHILDREN CONNECTION: Okay. The (highly?) anticipated sequel. Hmm scratch that, I just sound arrogant now haha. Let us refer to it as 'the sequel'. So, the sequel is in the works, busily rolling through the many stages in the factory. It's a slow process, BUT. It's happening. I have much of the plot jotted down, I just need the time to properly write it.

HARRY POTTER & THE CHILDREN OF THE GODS: I'm currently taking a break from this one because I have no inspiration for it at the moment. Honestly, I may also put that one up as discontinued. The feedback isn't so good, and I'm not surprised. The characters and writing style are, to put it simply, childish. I started writing it a little while back, so my writing has evolved heavily since then. :/ Not looking so good for this HP/PJO crossover, guys. Sorry if you were invested or anything.

RINGS, ROSES & BULLETS: I do realise that I've only written one chapter for this one, and it's marked as a multi-chapter. I do plan on continuing it, but the "When in Rome" sequel is the clear priority here, and I don't even have time to work on that one, so. Please be patient with me. :3
