She doesn't think she will get chosen, until she catches the Prince's eye. Can she live with being the wife of a monster? And more importantly, can she learn to love one? AU: set in 1594

Caroline isn't exactly thrilled when she wakes up on a plane half way to Italy with Klaus. Despite her anger, she decides to make the best of it. How often is she in Italy after all? Back in Mystic Falls the race for the cure is on, but at what cost?

It was a summer love that ended in heartbreak but love cannot be measured in time. As a secret comes out and forever changes everything, Klaus finds himself where he always wanted to be, in front of Caroline again.

This whole mate thing was pretty inconvenient, in Caroline's personal opinion. The fact that said mate was Klaus "I tried to kill your best friend for a creepy ritual" Mikaelson made it even worse. As for Klaus, he wasn't exactly pleased that his mate was a defenseless baby vampire. They're understandably reluctant to accept each other. Until they aren't. Twisted Canon Post 3x09.

Caroline is a psych student working as a sober companion in Chicago, hired by Elijah Mikaelson to assist his brother, Klaus, who is fresh out of rehab. Some things can't be done over the phone. She finds that against all remaining sanity she has to go to him. She won't stay long. She'll tell him how sorry she is and if he'll let her she'll hold him, then she'll get the hell out of there and try and do what she should have done years ago, forget him. Entering the aristocratic world of the ton, they soon meet a particular family, among them, the infamous, troubled playboy Niklaus. Caroline and Klaus were together when Klaus was human. Caroline is an original vampire only known to a few and she doesnt know it herself. To protect her Klaus had to go to drastic measures so that Mikael could never find her. Rubbish summary but the strory is better and goes into cross with TO towards end. Caroline goes over to Elena's house because she wants to make up with Elena but when she gets here she doesn't understand what has happened. She notices somebody lying on the living room floor and she goes in not know that there is a barrier. What happens with Klaus and Caroline when they're stuck in the living room for four days? AU/AH. Klaus gets released from prison after five years and the only thing on his mind is the girl he told to move on, Caroline. Things have changed, Caroline has changed while Klaus was inside and now he has to fight to get his family back. Will he be able to with his past trying to pull him back in?

Unable to cope with his son's death, Klaus turns off his humanity. Elijah and Rebekah try to make him turn it back on but face failure after failure. Fearing he's lost to them, they decide to enlist Caroline's help in a last desperate attempt. Their plan is put in jeopardy when a surprise awaits Elijah in Mystic Falls.

Elijah comes back to Mystic Falls to make a deal with the gang, Caroline in exchange for The Originals never coming back. Little did Caroline know that Klaus in a moment of weakness had confessed to Elijah what had happened between him and Caroline in the woods. NOW COMPLETE!

Klaus works as a Sergeant in the Homicide Department in the police force. Everything is going fine in his life, but now a new recruit has joined the team - Lieutenant Caroline Forbes. As Klaus seeks her attention, they realise they will need to get past the threat of the top most wanted criminals to get what they want. Klaroline. AU/AH.

After years spent with Caroline, Klaus sees lust in her eyes directed at another man yet instead of him ripping out his heart he finds himself intrigued.

Caroline and Elena accidentally get sent back to when the Originals are still human. Perceptions change, but how can they get back to the future without changing the past? It's been weeks since Tyler fled Mystic Falls in fear of Klaus' wrath. Caroline missed him terribly, and when a rushed phone call makes her fearful that Klaus will find Tyler sooner rather than later, she must once again be the blonde distraction . . . on a whole new scale. When Caroline kidnapped Katherine and brought her down to New Orleans, it had been solely with the intention of getting her and Elijah back together. Even enemies deserve a happy ending. But then Katherine's dying, the Mikaelsons are waging war, and it looks like she'll be in the city for much longer than she had planned. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing. AU post 1x07/5x07.

Sequel to Timeless. Even though Klaus is against it, Caroline & the girls form a plan to find the cure for Elena, heading out to the deserted island where it is hidden, on their own. Once again, Caroline finds herself caught between love for Klaus & loyalty to friends. But when they find the cure, everything they thought they knew will change, & they may never be the same again.

Complete. To get anywhere, you have to go somewhere. Caroline snuck out of Mystic Falls to take a leap of blind faith into the big, bad world—and she succeeded. Yet Klaus was never really far behind. All human. This is just a story of my own with the characters from the show. All of them are in college and they learn to stand together through different troubles and tragedies they face as they find their ways to happiness. Will they be strong enough to make it through the challenges or will they crumble? Klaroline focused with other pairings.

Set during the hiatus of VD season 5 and TO season 1. I have started losing interest in the shows because Klaus and Caroline haven't had any time together, so I was brainstorming how to get them together. What would happen if Tyler escaped and wanted revenge on Klaus? What if he tried to use Caroline to get it? This is an idea of mine.

Set after THE scene in TVD100. What happens after Klaus and Caroline finally do the deed? One-shot about how I would have liked TVD to wrap up their storyline... for the moment. Not for good. ;) *I tried. I really tried to leave it at one chapter. Failed miserably.* ;)

Silas's latest attack on the Mystic Falls gang leaves Caroline in an extremely, um, uncomfortable physical state from which she is unable to relieve herself. Left with no other option, she turns to Klaus for help- but is he up to the challenge? Klaroline fic; set somewhere near the end of season 4.
