The action always equals the reaction, or the actions of two bodies onto each other are always of equal magnitude and of opposite direction. [probably a little bit of H/C coming up, probably some kind of relationship as well]

Being aboard the USS Enterprise, bad things are bound to happen. Ranging from the common cold to bloody noses to hypothermia to the synthesizer not making your morning brew, bad things happen. Series of drabbles involving ailments, injuries, or complaints involving all characters.

Spock is a little less logical when he's really, really tired. T for language.

On a routine mission to a normal-looking planet, Kirk and Spock discover a strange cave. Seven handprints were carved into the wall — each moulded to a member of the senior bridge crew of the Enterprise. Captain Kirk learns that, when it comes to the cultural habits of Vulcans, it's not a good idea to trust other people's research. M/M romance between Kirk and Spock.

Funny stories of the Enterprise and her crew dealing with the boredom of five long years in space. How about some practical jokes and unfortunate accidents to pass the time? Hyposprays aside, the thought of having to visit a doctor- Doctor McCoy- made Spock's stomach turn. Unfortunately, if he didn't make the conscious decision himself, Captain Kirk would probably order him there, anyway. The outcomes, either way, Spock rationalised, were simply not desirable. Spock and Jim befriend each other at a meeting between planets, and Jim discovers that there really is some human in the half-Vulcan child.

Lucid nightmares begin to cause disastrous results in the waking world after the Enterprise is tasked with delivering replacement equipment to the USS Bradbury. Spock must take command when Kirk is incapacitated and risks losing not one ship, but two. A eight-chapter piece that takes place after the events of "Into Darkness" and during the five-year mission. (Will have a sequel!)

After the apocalypse doesn't happen, Dean goes back to Bobby's house alone. He burned Bobby's body in the field. There wasn't enough of Cas left to burn or bury, and Sam was gone. After a few weeks of drinking and researching, Dean's ready to finally off himself and join his whole family, but a discount easter card and a sudden reappearance save him. Eventual Destiel. Human!Cas.

When Jim is walking through the Enterprise one day, he walks by Spock's quarters and hears him singing.

Spock has been haunted by dreams he's been having, dreams of another life. When he's with Uhura, he can't help but think of the dreams, and he's beginning to think that being with her isn't what he is destined to do, and that his true destiny lies with Jim. He's confused; the James T. Kirk he knows is so different from the one he sees in his dreams.

An epic about the crew of the USS Enterprise taking on their five-year mission. Eventual K/S. A lot of crew dynamics.

Spock, the loner, is entwined with the jock, Jim Kirk.

After a terrible bout of shore leave, Kirk returns to the Enterprise to find that his first officer has gotten suspiciously close to the new girl on board… Entirely Spirk fluff. Inspired by a throwaway line in the TOS episode "The Wolf in the Fold" (2.14).

This is a fic I wrote for the AO3 fundraiser. The person who bid on me wanted an STID follow up to deal with the aftermath of what would have happened had Spock been able to pick up on Jim's feelings through the glass (given that in TOS canon Spock is able to meld through a door). Spock and Bones could never quite get along. When Spock needs to go to Sickbay for his yearly physical, he is somewhat apprehensive but leaves with a new understanding of his relationship with Leonard McCoy. Set the year after Into Darkness when the crew has returned to the Enterprise.

He was used to a Vulcan's blistering heat, but Starfleet seemed to require him to become used to being cold. Meanwhile, "Selek" contemplates the impatience of the universe.

"You, Mr. Spock, you cannot even break a rule, how can you be expected to break bone?" - Events of ID from the perspective of a pointy eared hobgoblin (Spock) as he seeks retribution for a loss he did not think he would ever have to face, while balancing the blame for events that came about as results of Kirk's decisions made at Spock's behest. Spoiler Warning.

A digital love story. Sometimes you can only tell a person how you really feel in a letter that they will never ever read. A collection of e-mails that Jim writes to Spock that he is never supposed to read but does anyway. Will be K/S eventually. The sequel "Dear James" is now up.

As Commander, it is Spock's job to oversee and assist his Captain. However, when Spock falls ill with a very human illness, it's up to Captain Kirk and Doctor McCoy to return him to full health. Still, Vulcan illness can be difficult... especially when one works aboard the Enterprise. There's never time to rest.

74 years ago, the humans and the mutants entered the fiercest war this world has ever known. As punishment and as a constant reminder to how powerful the Capitol is, each year, all twelve remaining districts must offer up one boy mutant and one girl mutant to serve as tribute in The Mutant Games. These Games are a fight to the death, where only one tribute can survive.

Sure, a five year mission can have its down days, but when the Enterprise is busy... the Enterprise is busy. And everyone gets worn out at some point. Fluff featuring sleepy!Spock, Bones and Kirk bonding, and just a bit of h/c. But mostly just fluff.

Spock left him, leaving him to pick pieces of his broken heart. But somewhere, there is another Spock, whose heart had been broken, and he will find him, granting them both a second chance. Second chance, which his Spock does not deserve anymore.

Despite Bones, Klingons and his own self-sabotaging cleverness, Jim Kirk manages to have a happy Valentine's Day. (Humor, Crack, Romance (I'd put it at a 40%-50%-10% spread))

High School; The final frontier. James T. Kirk, self proclaimed dweeb, hated by women, finds himself a new friend out of a scholarship student named Spock. Though, friendship might turn into something else. Really, what is the logical result of two lonely people getting thrown together? K/S, slowly towards the end. 21st century AU.

To salvage a friendship, Jim decides on a course of action that he fears may backfire in an unfortunate way. Gen. - COMPLETE

Jim has, apparently, both a boyfriend and a girlfriend. Which he wouldn't mind so much if, you know, it was actually true. (Slightly crackish humour inside.)

Shortly after Operation: Annihilate and Amok Time, Spock saves McCoy's life by bringing the wrath of aliens imprisoning them and Kirk on himself, instead. He is not as prepared for the consequences as he thought, and it is his friends who will have to be there to help him pick up the pieces in the aftermath. If he will let them. Thankfully, both Kirk and McCoy are stubborn.

When a new ensign in the laundry department of the USS Enterprise makes a mistake, the entire bridge crew finds themselves in oddly colored uniforms...and they do not like it. Meanwhile, Doctor McCoy takes it upon himself to try to fix the situation. (This came from that one shot in the trailer of Chekov in a shirt...that isn't gold. There must be a reason for this!) Spock gets junk mail, and for some reason, it's the weirdest thing Kirk's ever heard. Apart from Spock's last name, that is.

Spock is overdue for his physical. McCoy takes charge.

Dean and Sam have just lost their mother when John begins to wane in his role of father. Mary always told Dean that angels were watching over him and eventually he gets his own angel. Can their friendship last forever or will he outgrow his angel? C/D

Transporter accidents are a captain's worst nightmare – nearly ninety percent result in casualties or loss of life, usually with horribly mangled results. The remainder are the kind that dump emotionally traumatized versions of his First Officer in Jim Kirk's lap, and are a different sort of nightmare altogether.

Spoilers 5x01 Dean gets injured on a mission and ends up with amnesia. He doesn't remember anything or anyone from the past few years; including Castiel. Dean/Castiel. *Disclaimer: I do not own Supernatural or any of its characters.

When two archangels take Castiel from the hospital to open purgatory, Dean and Sam have to find him quickly. Dean and Cas are eventually pulled into purgatory, and have to find some way back home. Post 7x17.

"So tell me Captain. What would it be? Fame, fortune…everlasting life?"- But how can Jim choose, when Spock is lifeless at his feet? "I want my First Officer back." he says, voice barely wavering.

It's all about contact and assurance. A Vulcan and a doctor come to an understanding during a mild crisis. Or-- the doctor comes to understand the Vulcan a bit better and the Vulcan refrains from smashing the doctor to bits.

It's been a year since the Narada and Nero and the destruction of Vulcan, and the anniversary is particularly difficult for Spock. Seemed appropriate for a day like this. T for mild swearing because I love McCoy, but he's a potty mouth.
