Following spending many a long time functioning in his fathers plumbing organization, in Modesto CA, Gary R. Tanner moved to the North San Diego County area in 1967. He worked locally as a plumber for a few companies, as a plumbing inspector for the City of San Diego and as a constructing inspector for the County of San Diego. In 1970 he took and handed the California state contractor's exam and opened his personal organization. Soon after being involved in countless new development tasks, like huge apartment developments, housing tracts and industrial buildings, the organization has created over the decades into an exclusively fix, service business, with a significant clientele of typical clients.
