Ever since I watched Season 3 Episode 10, 'The Debt', Kensi's reaction to Deeks being fired stayed in my head. I am writing this story to showcase my perceived team reactions when they learn that Deeks has resigned. The story takes place in mid season 3 before the episode 'The Debt'.
