Nico has disappeared again. Is he gone for good this time?

Story for the emotionally damaged Deyna shipper. My fantasy for what I'd like to see happen, originally based on some spoilers for the middle of season 3. My take on how there can be drama without other relationships standing in their way.

Dani and Nico are taking a little R & R after a tough six months at V3. Where are they off to, who will they visit, and how will their relationship evolve as they spend a couple of weeks together? And, hey, what about that plane!

When Nico tells the FBI they are giving him a favor he knows what he wants to do with it...but will Dani be able to accept the truth? Accept the things he hasn't told her? Accept what he has done? What he is being forced to do? And the ultimate question he is fearful for an answer of: Can she accept Him?

Some birds of a feather flock together while some prefer to fly solo. Nico once said he liked to fly solo but all that changed when Dani walked into his life and turned it upside down. What started out as working together for a common goal has developed into much more then either expected.

Its 2 months after the events of the end of season two. Dani barely recovered from the consequences of those events. Will she fall into pieces or can she overcome what has happened.

Dani decides to unwind by going to get a massage and vent her frustrations. She needs a sounding board. She made the wrong choice, and now the man she loves has disappeared into the wind. Little does she know he is closer than she thinks...

At one point we were left with Nico and Dani on the porch and my imagination was really not happy with that, but then life is complicated isn't it? And well, so are these two. This may have started on the porch, but that isn't where this ends. My story takes a turn and the characters end up somewhere they never would in the TV show, unless this was HBO. M: for many reasons.

Its been a year since Nico "left" and Dani wants to know the reason that would have gotten him to stay.
