This is a sequel of Rugrats: Growing Up! The Rugrats gang are grown up! And now their children are taking over as the next generation of Rugrats! When the Wet Bandits end up there to they try to kill him as revenge for what happened in the first story. Also, there's an evil taxidermist who wants to stuff Perry for the museum! Can Perry win again?

The Wet Bandits are back. Harry and Marv are at it again, but this time, they're not robbing homes! They're stealing a diamond from a museum in Danville. But when they lose it, and it ends up in the Flynn-Fletcher house, it's up to Perry to protect it until help arrives! Who will win? Just read and find out? Based on Boolia's story "Perry Home Alone".
