My name is Julie! Obviously I like reading. And writing.

I am almost twenty years old. I'm a Christian, a gamer, a writer, an artist, a big sister, and a lifelong learner. I work as a florist in a grocery store, but someday I wanna be a flight attendant. And a children's book author/illustrator

I really enjoy writing from time to time, but it comes in bouts, and I really need encouragement. Hopefully my bad habit of procrastination won't repel you, but I understand if it does, haha.

Some fandoms I enjoy: Chronicles of Narnia, Little House on the Prairie, Pokemon (I'm a Pokenerd for life), Avatar: The Last Airbender, Legend of Korra, Fruits Basket, Tamora Pierce's Tortall books (especially The Immortals!), NBC's Chuck (I adore Zach Levi), iCarly (my guilty pleasure), Harry Potter (a must), Mass Effect, The Legend of Zelda, Star Trek (Voyager is my personal favorite though), InuYasha, Naruto, Skip Beat!, Kimi ni Todoke, Shingeki no Kyoujin (Attack on Titan), Uta no Prince Sama, and more. Also, DISNEY! How could I forget

My influences with writing are Charles Dickens, C.S. Lewis, J.K. Rowling, N.D. Wilson, and Tamora Pierce and a few more I can't even remember. What else do I put? Um...

I am a marine brat. I've lived all over the USA and have also resided in Sweden and Japan. I speak both Swedish and Japanese, but I am not yet fluent - I swear I'm close though xD

Hobbies include baking, exercising, cooking, drawing, and bossing my little siblings around :)

I love history and trivia. I can go on and on about American history, haha. I'm also a linguistics freak, I'd definitely love to be a cryptolinguist some day, but I'm cool with whatever God has in store for me. My greatest wish is that I could be more loving and caring. Like Snow White, or Mother Teresa. I'm not always sugary-sweet, and my snarky exterior might hide it, but I am a total softie inside. I just wish it would manifest more. Also, I ramble too much.
