About me: I'm a dude. I love Japan, and I love anime/manga. My favorites are Azumanga Daioh, School Rumble, Initial D, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, Dragonball (the whole series) and K-On!. I'm not the best writer, but I'm certainly trying hard to get better each day :) I enjoy doing comedy (though I suck at it), romance, and tragedy, with some action and/or adventure thrown in. I don't do anything like excessive cussing, sexual content, drug use, or anything like that in my writing, because most of the things I am Fanficking (is that a word?) never have that stuff in the original. It's not out of the question for original works, but -if such things aren't in someone elses work- I feel the utmost amount of care and respect needs to be given when writing characters and events so far out of character. If not done properly, it's an insult to the original author to take their characters so far out of context just for the sake of exploitation. Besides, if you're going to write these characters to be so drastically different from the original work... why are you doing fanfiction in the first place? Why not do something original with that tone and those character types?

Anyway, let's get down to it :) Here is a list of my stories, brief summaries, and completion level (I hope I remember to update this. If you see that I have a story that isn't on the list, or one is updated further than what I have posted, please tell me.)

Azu-Fics:

1. "Azumanga Daioh: Higher Education"... I get a lot of crap for this one because I added a guy as sort of the 'central' character. But contrary to (once) popular belief, it is not a self-insert, nor is it a story about some gary-stu trying to 'get some' from the Azu girls. It is set during college for the girls. ZaXo is a foreigner who meets them all, and, well, tons of things happen I guess... that's a bad description, lol. It's like a fine mix of Azu-Comedy, and what I'm best at... romance and serious stuff. It's got a little bit for everyone, and I tried my hardest to evolve the characters while still keeping them in-character. I really tried to make ZaXo vulnerable to stuff so that he's not considered a Mary Sue, as well as develop other completely new characters, and write interesting sub-plots at the same time. It proved to be difficult, but I tended to surprise myself a lot with the ideas I came up with. The writing is far from perfect, but I like the ideas. NOTE: THIS HAS BEEN REDONE SINCE THE FINAL CHAPTER WAS POSTED. THERE ARE SEVERAL CHANGES (NONE EFFECT THE WHOLE PLOT), AND THE GRAMMAR/WRITING AS A WHOLE IS A FEW NOTCHES ABOVE THE PREVIOUS 'VERSION'!!! ...Just so ya know :D

THIS FIC IS FINALLY COMPLETED (on the two year anniversary no less) I FINALLY BROKE THE BIG 80,000 WORD MARK! AND THE HUGE 100,000 WORD MARK!! NOT TO MENTION THE HUGE-NORMOUS 120,000 WORD MARK!!! AND THE MONUMENTAL 140,000 WORD MARK!!!! 165,000 words; OMG!!!!! This makes it (as of the time of it's completion) the third biggest Azumanga Daioh fanfiction (fourth if you don't include the last two 'secret' chapters). EDIT: I think it's now moved down three notches, thanks to... Azumangaruto by R.O.TR, Rain Of Terra by Ratatosk, and Warmth by mhazaru. And Encroaching Darkness by Ryououki is catching up as well. Keep at it guys!!!

2. "The Fall Of Azumanga"... This one-shot is extremely different from what I usually do. I think it's really funny, and an interesting take on the girls' futures. But that's up to you to decide.

This one is done.

3. "Azumanga ShortFics"... This is set up for when I meet with writers-block during my others. It's essentially suppose to be like the anime/manga. Each fic is a completely different adventure, and each is (most likely) pure comedy, or at least feels like an episode of the show. They don't really connect in any way, and are separate adventures. They should therefore be treated as such.

As of now I only have one up called "The Dress". It's funny to me. But that's all I have up so far.

4. "Grains Of Truth"... Grains Of Truth is a crazy creative Fic written by my younger brother. I would suggest reading it. I won't tell you what it's about because I'd have to give the best surprises away to tell you anything. Also going along with this one is something special... The way it's set up is to allow you all to think of creative ways to do continuations of it. So I encourage you to write a continuation (the details as to how are at the bottom of the fic itself). All you have to do is message me the name of it so that my brother and I can read it. We hope to see many creative additions :)

This one is done, and will most likely stay just as it is.

5. "The Delicate Balance Of Life"... This fic is a 'death-fic' that I was once very proud of... once. It was originally the best thing I'd written here. Very 'deep and emotional'. It shows you sides of the Azu-girls that you may never have seen.

This one is done as well.

Other Fanfics:

1. "Final Fantasy: Summoners' Crossing"... Summoners' Crossing is an epic crossover between FF7-13 (excluding 11). It ignores everything FF7 other than the original game, 10-2 (because I haven't seen the 100% ending), everything FF13 other than the original game (mostly because none of it has been released at the time of writing this), and Dissidia. This tale is a riveting one, full of twists and turns that expand on FF lore in an intelligent way, while still keeping things as canon as possible. The most important things to me in this story are staying in character and logical within the FF canon(s), and giving the characters a REAL reason for meeting, rather than just making a shoddy crossover for the sake of making a shoddy crossover. Hope you enjoy.

2. "The Bet"... The Bet is a School Rumble fanfiction about Harima and Tenma making a bet with Akira that they're sure to lose. However, things don't quite go how anyone planned... or do they?

This is complete.

3. "Mass Effect: Generation"... This is more of a personalized look at the world of Mass Effect through the eyes of a more normal character, rather than an uber soldier like Shepard. She isn't trying to save the galaxy from some Reaper-esque threat, it isn't about useless romance. It's a story... of a character... in an interesting, deep, and compelling world... the world of Mass Effect.

Chapter Two is up.

. I'm also planning to possibly do some 'secret' chapters related to Higher Education. They'll be about various things that were talked about in the original fanfiction, but never really shown due to chapter constraints. Most likely, these chapters will all be pure comedy, and around half the length of the ones in Higher Education.

. I also might try a short comedy series about "The Tomonator" (from the prologue of Higher Education) if that would interest anyone. And even if it won't, I'm gonna try it anyway, lol.

. At this moment I have nothing planned for other series', though I do want to eventually do a Final Fantasy 10 fic about Braska's pilgrimage with Jecht and Auron... and maybe a DBZ fic or two.
