Hi,

I am just a lipstick seller, who occasionally get a kick from the creative area in her brain. Then I can’t help writing this down. This time it is Strike Back to be blamed, yes, a “TV show” with a small niche in fan fiction. My TV video-on-demand provider had made me a joke presenting “Project Dawn” as the first season, so I discovered John Porter after four seasons with Scott and Stonebridge. After that, I read Chris Ryan’s book. I do hate inconsistent chronologies, but on the other hand—consistency is not inspiring ;-)

When it comes to writing I need to confess that I am a notorious thief.

I steal from movies, books, songs, unexpectedly discovered papers, leaflets, Wikipedia and road signs. I love to re-use myths, lullabies and fairy tales, all these wonderful archetypes! I may even get inspiration from other fanfic stories. Some might say I am obsessed like Opéra Garnier ballerinas about the Phantom, they had seen him everywhere. Well, perhaps I am…

My nickname is also stolen, obviously, I only transferred it into female form. Sure, I am a woman. And I do, I do sell lipstick, at least this is my current profession. It might have been funny to be a nuclear physicist, but believe me, lipsticks are also exciting!

Concerning Pakistani nuclear science, Iraq, WMD, terrorists—this is all fiction, I swear. In case anyone thinks I would dare to put in my story any relevant information, I am hiding behind the mask of this false name. Basic security, wrong people may misinterpret my writing and I’ll end up with a box of dope unexpectedly discovered in my wardrobe. No, no, thank you, that’s so dull and had been played-out.

It would take a while to write all my thoughts, plans and plots down. I envy people who can write a few thousand words per evening while I struggle with each sentence and paragraph. But my plan is to get to the epilogue one day and I hope I am determined enough to reach this goal.
