Stiles is in a mental institute for believing his best friend is a werewolf and speaks about going out to find him. Three months later and Stiles is still stuck and alone, until one morning he sees a dark haired guy sitting in the corner table, gazing out of the window.

He first comes across a dead body at four; it was a bird and Genim was entranced with it's blood and how its body still twitched. He accidently killed someone when he was eight, a little girl with strawberry blond hair and green eyes. He's sixteen when he meets Derek and then Peter Hale; who knew Little Red and the Big Bad Wolves would have so much in common.

"Is writing on people's skin a werewolf ritual of some sort? Because none of the lore I've found says anything about it." Derek looks at him with a blank expression. "Why are you asking?" "Your betas. They have developed the recent habit of using me as a canvas." That gets him a reaction from Derek's eyebrows. Which is as much response from Derek's face as one normally gets.

Stiles doesn't understand why Derek hasn't offered him the bite the way he did with Erica and the others. When Derek asks if Stiles really wants to be offered the way he offered it to Erica, and Stiles says yes, Derek has a little fun at Stiles' expense, but might get more than he bargained for.
