Story Ideas:

X-men/Halo – Wolverine is still alive in the years of the Human/Covenant war. Living near the front lines, the Covenant have finally attacked his home. He's not going to let them take it without a fight.

Dresden Files/Fallen(book version) – “Your grandfather is a traitor to what he stood for.” “Your Fallen is mistaken, he wanted recognition, not destruction.” He gripped a flaming sword of fire, wings growing from his back.

This is What you get for Trusting Fairy's - Dresden/Codex Alera – While chased by Wardens, Morgan calls in his favor from Summer. The result wasn't what he expected.

A Matter of Chance - YYH/Bleach - “Kurosaki is strong, maybe even strong enough to beat a vice captain but there's nothing wrong with hedging your bets.” Urahara goes to Koenma for help before Ichigo invades Soul Society. (currently writing)

City of Angels - Fallen/Mortal Instruments – Valentine goes to California to start gathering his forces after he abandons the Shadowhunters. Unfortunately his actions catch the attention of the Nephilim, the true Nephilim.

Zelda/Wheel of Time – Each time the Hero dies his soul returns to the Temple of Time and he rejoins the culmination of his lives. He's awakened during the Trolloc wars by Aes Sedai looking for help.

The Survey - The Office (US) – Corporate decides to collect more personal information on their employees. Michael puts Dwight in charge and Pam and Jim decide to mess with him. Again.

A Saiyajin's Justice - DBZ/Justice League – Six generations after Goku left with Shenron, he came back to see how everyone was doing. When he found out that his descendant was the only one left he gave him a choice. He could join the rest of the world in the Afterworld or he could go where he could help.

Halo/BSG – After the war, the Chief was given a frigate which he took to parts unknown.

Jump - Push/Jumper - They have pushers, movers, watchers, shadowers, wipers, bleeders, shifters, stitchers, and sniffers. Why couldn't they have Jumpers.

HP/FMA – Every alchemist keeps a journal of their work and life. After Ed comes to Earth he just can't stop the habit. The journal finds it way into an old book store in London near Diagon Alley.

HP/FMA – When Ed and Al return to Earth they end up in a slightly different time period than they expected.

Wheel of Time/Legend of Zelda - Things aren't going the way the Wheel wants, so it spins out another hero. A hero that can bring the Age Lace to what it was supposed to be. Starts during The Shadow Rising.
