A Few Naruto Theories:

Hyuga Chakra Theory: The chakra of Hyuga clan members is suited for their fighting style, thus making it incompatible with elemental jutsu, medical jutsu, and genjutsu. Non-Hyuga are unable to use Jyuken as effectively as Hyuga due to this. After all, it seems like there aren't many Hyuga medic-nin, despite the fact that Hyuga generally have very precise chakra control. Nor have I ever seen a Hyuga use elemental jutsu or genjutsu as part of their fighting style.

Secret Techniques and Kekkei Genkai Theory: Some clans have secret techniques (skills only they can use). However, they use them quite often, yet no one has managed to replicate it. This has led to my theory that clans with secret techniques have kekkei genkais that allow them to do so. Another option I have thought of is the matter of special/different chakra from normal shinobi, much like the Hyuga Chakra Theory above, except dealing with secret techniques.
