Cas has lost his home a long time ago. Sam and Dean try to show him that he has a home right there with them. He belongs to their weird little family, after all.

On their way back from a hunt, Dean, Cas and Sam are forced to take a break in the middle of the woods. It's cold at night, and Dean and Sam explain the concept of sharing body heat to an intrigued Cas.

Season 5 has me very miffed at the Burkes. In the latest ep (5X10) I really didn't like Peter's comment to Jones that they didn't know that Neal had heard. This is just an idea I had running around in my head based on that incident. It is AU, I excluded some events that occurred to emphasize others.

Possible fall out from season 5, so far. Hopefully completely AU, Peter is not looking too good here. Inspired by the Peter's statement that things needed to change.

Neal is 15 years old and the best con his age. But when Peter catches him, he finally finds a place where he belongs. Father/son relationship. Now finished.
