It's 1984 and Kitty Hawkins is on a revenge mission for the death of her mother; but when an unknown force threatens to divide and destroy ToonTown, it's going to take her, a toon rabbit, a grizzled detective, a plucky apprentice, a saucy lounge singer and a group of gangster weasels to solve the mystery and save the day.
