ABOUT ME: I have a black lab mix whose brain is the size of a small melon. He's got the most amazing brain -- completely smooth, not a single wrinkle! Well, maybe one or two. Enough to know how to open doors to get to a roast chicken I've just made. I love getting reviews on my stories. They just make my day so much better. And they motivate me to write more. Plus, they let me know that people are actually reading the stuff I put out I almost compulsively check the traffic on my stories. I also calculate the average number of chapters in a story a viewer reads, which I use to gauge the quality of content in the story. I figure if it's low, then something's not right. Then I should go back and fix the beginning to make it more interesting. I always find it easier to keep reading something with a promising opening, even if it gets slow and a bit boring. Writing is like fishing: once you hook something, you're done. I bake. A lot. The hardest stuff to make is my favorite :).
