Six years later, they return but the village has not forgotten that fateful night and realize Naruto is the Kyuubi's container. When Naruto wakes up in the hospital, his caretaker is gone. How will this change and affect Naruto?

Tough decisions and regrets are unavoidable in a world of heroes and villains, though at least Izuku won't have to walk the road alone... but it wouldn't be a good story without something happening now would it?
