Update August 17th, 2012

I have been on hiatus for a while, and I apologise to those waiting on the next chapter of Perchance to Dream. I'm working on it, I swear, and I hope to have it up in the next couple of weeks.

"Triple Helix" -HG/SS/LM fic. After the fall of Voldemort, the balance of good and evil is thrown off and only Hermione's sacrifice can restore thbalance.

"Scorched" - a SS/HG fic that is already written and posted elsewhere, but desperately needed to be redone.

In Planning:

A humorous Snarry fic to be co-authored with lovetoseverus.

Harry is doing everything he's supposed to be doing: working a job and taking care of his wife and three kids. The problem? He's utterly unfulfilled. One day, Ron shows him a Muggle romance book with some striking (and not-so-subtle) similarities to Harry's life. Will going in search of the woman who penned these stories turn his life upside down... or right-side up?

No working title - a HG/TM fic. Oh, I know. You don't like that at all...

About Me:

Formerly known as "SeekingAtaraxia", but dropped the penname to go with something a little more original (seriously, there were multiple SeekingAtaraxias or Ataraxias out there, how does this happen?)

I'm in my late 20's, I work full time and I'm working on my degree part-time.

I find writing to be extremely cathartic, even when writer's block has me screaming at my ceiling.

My favourite letter is "u", quite possibly because I'm Canadian and it's one of those letters that differentiates my spelling from that of my American friends.

I love slash, but I'm totally comfortable writing het as well. I find femmeslash difficult to write because it never seems quite genuine to me. If you know of any good femmeslash that might change my mind, I would really appreciate the rec.
