"Not all those that wander are lost." - Tolkien- Part of one of my favorite quotes! I'm a Middle Earth girl in a modern world. I love the idea of epic love, devoted friendships and heroic battles. I don't write very often, but when I do it's because I'm compelled to do it. I work and have a family, so if I delve into something it's usually when I'm on vacation, otherwise I end up living on about three hours of sleep. :)

I am a huge fan of Burn Notice for so many obvious reasons, and if you're reading Burn Notice fan fiction then you understand the obsession. The only other fan fiction I ever tried my hand at was for the original La Femme Nikita t.v. series. If you are too young to remember the original, and only know of the re-make, then you should really check out the one that featured Peta Wilson and Roy Dupuis. :)

I love strong women that are able to retain their femininity (I guess that started as a little girl watching Wonder Woman) and I absolutely adore and fall in love with the men that can handle both. I guess that's part of the reason I became obsessed with characters like Nikita, and Fiona and the men that loved them. (Especially the MEN that loved them lol and oddly enough both of them happened to be named Michael)

Annie Walker, Sydney Bristow, Lagertha Lothbrok just a few of the characters I admire and unfortunately it would take way too much time to list them all, but you get the general idea. Some of my other obsessions include spies, so any t.v. show or movie that involves them... it's for me. (Give me a spy-fy and I'm in make-believe heaven!)
