Greetings to whoever may be reading this! My name is Lexie (y'know, in case you didn't already guess that).I started getting into writing in the third grade when our teacher had us write Native American legends. Mine was "Why Wolves Howl" It wasn't very original. For starters, the main character's name was the same as Balto's daughter Aleu (obviously I'm talking about the movie - Balto was neutered in real life). Second of all, my main character had a fox spirit guide. Some kid pointed out that my story was a lot like Balto 2: Wolf Quest and so that's where my story writing ended, until 7th grade anyways. In 7th grade I had to write a story in language arts class about an African animal I was given for a project. I got the Sitatunga (it's an aquatic antelope - look it up). My story was again a legend but thankfully it was original. I looked up an African name for the main character and everything :D. My teacher really liked it! I've just finished my Freshman year in High School, though I have many new wonderful friends to hang out with this summer, I also plan to start working on a new TLK fan fiction.
