A modern college AU with an original plot, SRU is based in part on my own personal college experience, weaving together characters, concepts and themes from ATLA & Legend of Korra with my own life to create a tribute to the Avatar series and an exploration of young adulthood. SRU!Gaang & Smellerbee (& later on Korra) are protags along w/large supporting cast. Some strong language.

Four years after Amon's defeat, Korra becomes disillusioned as Republic City shows her its true face. Her relationship with Mako is strained as their responsibilities keep them apart. In the light of the murders of several women, she questions both the ability of the Police force and her role as the Avatar as she is driven towards a choice that will define her future.

Zuko has developed an annoying and inconvenient crush on Katara, which is so incredibly unfair. Convinced she is out to torture him, Zuko is in for a barrage of emotions as people continue to get involved, even though he specifically asked them not to. Rated M because I'm a baby, for a bit of explicit language/content, and the deep complicated abyss that is Zuko's brain. Zutara.

After the first year of their engagement, Katara felt she and Zuko were already drifting apart. In the Fire Nation, their time always belonged to someone else. Now, in the South Pole for Suki and Sokka's wedding, they hoped to find each other again.

*COMPLETE* Set in modern day, Zuko and Katara chat it up online with fun results soon discovering that they need more than a computer screen. They need each other. M for Zutara with a splash of lemon-lime.

Zuko and Katara are forced to go on a date together. Epic confessions, drunkenness, sneaking around, and attempted dirty talk ensue. Who knew defying Uncle Iroh and his stupid matchmaker friend could be so much fun?

Fate puts Katara in the Fire Nation to grow up in the company of a Dragon, a prince, and a lot of good tea. AU Zutara...of a sort.
