A strange figure has arrived at the Titans Tower this 'hero' if he can be called that has everyone asking questions even Robin the only person he calls friend knows something is wrong. Strange new enemies are appearing, but these are not the normal costume villains the Titans are used to these 'things' are the stuff of nightmares and they have no issue with killing.
